There was a Raw in 1997 where a scheduled HBK/Flash Funk match saw Kane destroy Flash before the match, then HBK swoop in for the win. He then celebrated longer than he did at WM 12.

In 2013ish when Dean Ambrose was the US Champ for like ten months straight because he never defended it, he had a one-off line in a promo where he called it "the belt everybody runs from" because his opponents knew they wouldn't stand a chance or whatever. It was a good way of explaining away the lazy WWE midcard booking of the time.

D'Lo Brown representing different European countries whilst champion made me care. I always wanted Rusev or Nakamura to do this with different US states when they were US Champion. That’d be great. “From Kyoto, Michigan” “From Kyoto, New York” “From Kyoto, NOOOOOOORTH CAAAAROLINAAAA”

when Triple H won the European title. a lot of people considered the belt to be an afterthought at the time, but he and Shawn Michaels went out there and nearly killed themselves fighting over it. and you could really tell how important that moment was to them with their emotions on full display after the match.

An obvious one but the Lex celebration after the count out win over Yokozuna.
A recent one, MJF body slamming a 675 pound Big Bill in front of 90,000 people.
