I like Dom but he didn't need this and I'm struggling to understand the trend of heel wrestlers being cheered and celebrated for winning titles and money in the bank recently.Chelsea and Sonya are heels,Judgement day are heels,Iyo skye is a heel etc yet crowds and fans are cheering their victories as if a beloved hero has won when their characters are unlikable fan hating baddies. Because people enjoy their work and title changes are fun to see. |

And this is why WWE is going to push JD hard! And that will be their downfall. If WWE goes all Bloodline level push with them it will become intolerable very very quickly and they are skiriting that line now with how many segments they get between Raw and now NXT. |

The Bloodline has been one of the most successful factions/angles of all time. I don’t see how it was anyone’s downfall. Are you saying there has never been a point during the entire bloodline run where people were becoming quite frankly sick of it? Besides SD when they were showing on Raw weekly doing the same interference schtick and standing tall practically every show...like yea no denying the Bloodline has been a success but it has not been this perfectly handled booked flawless angle , there have been many points where people were calling for it to be done because it was spread so f***ing thin and running the same schtick week in and week out they are skirting that line with JD. Because not only are they spreading them across multiple shows now and giving them practically every segment but they have been running the same schtick....Rhea interferes....man wont dare hit her....JD prevails. Monday was the only time the formula finally changed up but we will see how long untill they go back to the above. |

But judging the audience as a whole, I don’t think there was any downfall to the Bloodline. Something being a downfall implies that it was bad for the company in some way, not just that some people found it not entertaining anymore. |

I've heard people saying that Dominick winning the North American title is the best thing that could've happened to NXT because it'd promote the title, puts eyes on NXT itself and whoever faces Dom for the title because nobody watches NXT nowadays and they don't have big characters there.
