But really that's super interesting, I wouldn't have pegged him as the type to agent matches. To me (imagining myself as the booker), he's the kind of wrestler that I would want to be good at producing, but I wouldn't assume he was good at it. Much like how some really good wrestlers are apparently terrible teachers because they don't even think about the stuff that makes them great, I would peg Orange as the kind of wrestler who can walk the walk but not transfer that to others in the form of advice. But when I think about it...this is a guy whose matches are very carefully put together. Orange matches tend to have planting and payoff; well timed swings in momentum; coherent stories; very intentional use of crowd-popping routines to manage the flow of crowd reaction. There are apparently wrestlers who can pull this sort of thing off without being able to tell someone else what they're doing, but upon hearing that Orange can in fact do that, it makes sense. TLDR: Orange being a good agent sounds like a "too good to be true" scenario, so if it's in fact true, hell yes. Yeah can't think of many better. He elevates matches/segments that shouldn't be so good on paper and respects different styles. He should help get the best out of people and eliminate some of the logic gaps I've seen recently.
