 And proof you can't always judge a show by it;s flyer. Look at that looks like something we would have made in annual staff class in 1991. But that is for a show from last August. Legacy is ran by Gil Culkin,son of the culkin that ran MS Territory back in the 70s,and a dude that got ran out of the fed he created back in 2016. Main event Face team of Mustang Mike,LA based vet,and Vordell Walker is solid. Vordell can get a good match out of anyone. Mustang is over with the crowd and good. Heels are southern stretching crew. Bearded dude with hair is Hoss Jenson and he is .... I will be nice and say I am betting he has had an ok match(just I have never seen one with him in it) other dude no clue. Yes Davey Rich is the one from continetal. He is friends with the non Culkin owner. Black Ranger 2 is sadly not a Power Ranger gimmick. Just a generic dude in black mask. He hated it when in SWA I would start a SUMMON YOUR ZORD chant when he was in the ring. I know the guy that filmed this show and have seen the Hunter Law vs Wess Warren match. It is good and was told it was the best match on the show. They are two younger guys that are damn good. Walker Hayes is a Memphis dude. Pretty decent in the ring. Him vs Vlad Koloff tables match made Botchamania right at two years ago when they had 3 in a row I AM THE TABLE Moments. So crappy crapppy flyer but a show that is worth the 15 they asked to come in. Last thing Iād want to do is wanting to start āshootingā in a match and realizing that Vordell and Mustang Mike are staring right at me.  |

Vordell Walker is the dude Rick Steiner tried to shoot on and failed. And Mustang Mike is at least 3 years older than me and tough as hell.
If I had to fight anyone on that flyer it would be Black Ranger 2. And It better be the legit Black Ranger 2 the one with the crappy tattoo.

Thought I had made a thread on this not that long ago,looked and it was 2018.  Saw this flyer earlier.... Mike Mayo!!! Now I watch a pile of southern based indie wrestling. Looking at that flyer only person I have seen before is Mr Smackems. Ignore his kind of dumb ringname dude is decent in the ring. But Mike Mayo? That sounds like a joke name his trainer gave him and he just stuck with it. Like Barry Wolf,local guy that was #500 in the PWI 500 back in 2010. He was Wrestling as Frank The Punisher Castle,complete with Punisher skull logo tattooed on his arm. Moved up to better indies and got told "Aint letting you in the ring with that comic book bullshit name. You got 10 minutes to come up with a new name." Barry couldn't . So the booker told him You are Barry Wolf. Been told that name was chosen cause "The two best known jobbers in WWf were Barry Horowitz and Dusty Wolfe. We figured he would always be a jobber." Now Barry Wolf is one of the most respected vets in MS. Kode Brian? I guess putting him in purple and gold would have been too on the nose, and may have led to a lawsuit from Kobe's family. |

Hands down my favourite thing about this is how nondescript and unthreatening āThe American Hammerā looks despite his name. I hope thatās his gimmick, sort of like ugly wrestlers being called āHandsomeā or āBeautifulā, I donāt think I could stand it if it wasnāt. |

That was because ABC signs made the flyers.
Notice how the ABC signs logo is the ABC network logo with the word signs added into it.
Been told,no clue how true,the owner of ABC signs was the money mark for the era of AWF where Bama Doin was bringing in names. Honky Tonk Man, Bobby Lashley,Eric Young, Cody Deaner,RoadDogg and a pile more. Sometimes 3 or 4 on the same show. And AWF would draw 300 to 400.

Mike Mayo's name and picture make him look like a sitcom dad that has to wrestle in a match because of some wacky shenanigans, and he is worried for his safety, but more worried his wife is going to find out. Or like heās doing it behind her back to prove heās ātoughā, only for her to show up for a match one night and then tell him he doesnāt have to do that and heās man enough for her some something like that. |

I had things I was going to say about this, but after like five attempts at this post they all kinda feel like punching down. Looked it up, and Dyersburg is a city of 16k with at least one college in it. Couldn't find a single person with some graphic design talent looking for experience? |
