Like, I remember Mania 35 and the build up to it being fun (possibly bias because I flew in for the show) but WOW, I only remembered the lowlights of 2019 being Kofi getting squashed and the red DQ Hell in a Cell - I'd totally forgotten the rest of this shower of shit.

Roman was not pinned visually for almost three years, the entire pandemic era came and went and he was never pinned.

Gonna be honest, I think a lot of people stopped watching

HHH getting power I think brought eyes and interest back to the product, it's showed in the ratings themselves

Vince was slowly bashing that viewership away with a hammer.

- The Sami Zayn vs Lashley feud (with the segment of "Lashley's Sisters")
- The Kevin Owens - Strowman feud where Owens did some humiliating and genuinely super risky bumps that are seldom remembered

2018/19 really killed my interest in the product, that was easily as low as it's ever been.

The only interesting things for me personally were NXT and the initial Bryan return then heel turn a few months later.

However, for some reason I thought Miz's daughter's reaction, along with Miz's reaction was kind of funny despite how creepy this segment was.

This is why Miz’s heel turn was completely justified.
