So the way Florida law works if Cash had hit someone or done damage with his firearm than it would automatically have a battery charge linked to it. With the low bond and charge he received he mostly likely flashed the gun at someone.

Oh if he didn’t tell anyone in the office about this, he is beyond f***ed. And add Dax to that as well if he knew. Okay the adding Dax to this if he knew this is just completely pointless shot taking at Dax. He's not f***ed because of anything he did in the matter, he didn't do anything here. Just realized that the warrant has been active for weeks so he has been traveling the US and to Canada with an active warrant. WTF |

Either this was self defence or he's an infinite moron Do self defense count as assault? Well he can still be charged with assault even if it was self-defense. Just means that'd be his defense in court. |

This is the exact charge people in Florida receive when they brandish a gun in a dispute. |

Yeah, this is what upgrades this from definitely a problem to potentially something with more ambiguous explanations that might not be hardline just a total nightmare. If there's more to this, if there's witnesses like FTR Bald backing up a claim of him defending himself or something, and there was a trust put into him, him being booked isn't completely beyond the pale even if it would have been a good idea to yank him off TV and not take any risks. Or maybe he's got justificaitons but the company didn't know and that'll still cause issues. It's going to be a pretty crazy news day. |
