Conviction doesn’t happen until someone is found guilty of the crime by a court of law. Being convicted of a crime and being charged with a crime aren’t the same thing, one has to happen for there to be the possibility of the other. |

Real life isn't Law & Order where the trial happens like three days later.

Nah, there was a literal 0% chance he’d be convicted by next week. The average length of time from charge/indictment to resolution of a criminal case, particularly a felony charge, is roughly 1.5 years. That was never even a possibility. It’s entirely possible they’re currently waiting around to see how serious the allegations actually are and what his bail conditions are, though. |

Might not just be the only issue right now for Cash. One thing I just was reminded of is that given Punks views on guns, and how easily he’ll drop someone from his life, he may have cost himself even more so in the long run.

Not gonna claim to know for absolute certain, but I would imagine unless there's a specific state law keeping him from it due to a firearm charge specifically, travel to All In might be permitted in the terms of his bail because he's a noteworthy public figure (whose face is currently on posters in the city he's going to) and the trip logistics all being supplied and organized by his employer. That's a level of external control and responsibility that I can see being a big factor in him being allowed to go to London because all of that is pretty low stakes as a flight risk on what seems to not be a really super major charge. Could happen. Super not saying it should, I think it's probably best to treat this with some gravity and let FTR lie low while this works out.
But if AEW really does wanna charge full steam ahead here it likely gets authorized because of the circumstances around the travel.

Yeah this is all wild and as a fan of FTR but also a former member of the us army (25P) that is against guns (I have never had a good experience professional or personal) i hate the idea of downplaying it all just so he can go as well...
Life for so many can change in an instant with just some alcohol and a gun so hopefully this was more of Cash brandishing for protection than anything
again ugh...
I will shut up now until more comes out as all I am doing is perpetuating things too but damnit...damnit

I don't think the question will be whether Cash can go to Wembley but whether AEW wants the PR issue of letting him go.
A lot of it is going to depend on the circumstances, I guess. If no other charges are added and he was acting in self defence it's a lot different to a situation where he was the aggressor and could have faced worse charges.
