So AEW management supposedly has evidence that exonerates Hair?? Ok then. Maybe they should give it to people who might be very interested in it, such as oh I dunno THE POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe they have? Like I'd imagine they have if they know something, but as has been said legal stuff doesn't always work that way |

So either AEW knows more about this than we do ( completely likely) or they have plans for All Out they aren't changing because of how big they are (highly plausible). Either way, like most legal situations, a wait and see aspect is being taken and seems appropriate. Why do that when we can wildly jump to conclusions? Tony Khan is the bitchiest bitch after all, it's more fun that way |

Thinking that Punk insisted on FTR retaining? Seems like a terrible look to let FTR retain. And now we have the same people defending the decision in here that said it was okay that they still run the match because they’ll have FTR lose and then suspend Hair after.

Thinking that Punk insisted on FTR retaining? Seems like a terrible look to let FTR retain. And now we have the same people defending the decision in here that said it was okay that they still run the match because they’ll have FTR lose and then suspend Hair after. Most people here are saying it's potentially ok because there was a report saying Cash had proof he did not have a firearm at the incident, which if true, very much changes everything. |

I don’t think it’s outside the realm of possibility that Cash’s vehicle had a dashcam, and there is video of the whole thing. But if it truly is outright exonerating I feel like we’d know a lot more than a vague reference to him “DMing a picture” to TK. That sounds like a riff on how AEW has handled other backstage stuff in the past, to me. If there’s dashcam that fully exonerates him I have a hard time believing he would have ever been indicted in the first place. Not saying it’s impossible, but all reports are that there was like a week between the incident and the arrest. I know people have a very negative opinion of the criminal justice system (and in many cases rightfully so), but prosecutors really genuinely aren’t in the business of indicting felony cases based only upon someone swearing a warrant if there’s contrary proof. |
