Outside of him having a video of the incident, how could he possible prove that he pulled out a hammer and not a gun? Unless he doesn’t even own a gun, in which case I highly doubt the prosecutor’s office would have moved forward with charges in the first place. |

I feel like most people are waiting for any semblance of proof that said “report” was a real thing beyond “trust me, TK got a DM.” Because we’re an hour and a half post-show now and that’s still all we’ve got. So am I to be fair you are the one that was referencing it and citing it though? oy vey |

The accuser of the guy was able to identify Cash by face and license plate. And apparently he's not even a wrestling fan so it's not like he was rubbing his hands together like "This is for the Young Bucks you son of a bitch!" So I do think it likely there was some incident.
The whole truth of what happened? That likely won't come out until court.

If Wheeler had video of the alleged incident that proved his innocence he probably would have shown it to investigators in an effort to prevent being criminally charged. |

I mean TK did let one of his wrestlers run around attacking people with a hammer (PAC) with little to no consequences, so no wonder he’s cool with this.

I love AEW too. But, there’s seriously just no way to spin this as anything other than a major PR gaffe on the company’s part. We need to just admit TK made the wrong call letting Cash get the pin, here. Even if it’s somehow true that Cash had exculpatory evidence the entire time and “DMed” it to TK before the show, it’s still horrible optics to let a dude with an active felony charge not only be on your biggest show ever, but also be the one to get the pin and have that moment. |
