So in a Yahoo Fantasy sports league I play in a few teams have stated that they have received the following message when trying to sign in:
“We can't recover your account online because there are no other options on file for your account.”
Anyone else receive this to confirm?
What is Yahoo trying to do here?

From what I can tel it's a bug. They should contact Yahoo Customer Care about it.

I had the same problem with my AOL account that I had since 1998.
They want me to call a customer support line that costs money, despite my password being correct...it asks me security questions I never put it place. Really frustrating that I might lose 25 years of documents I had saved because AOL is so incompetent.

Go into your AOL account and save / backup those important documents onto a USB Drive or something. if they're really important.

Absolutely not. It's their incompetence that the sign in doesn't work. There's also about 5 ways I found to "resolve " this, which none of which actually work after trying them. Everything just loops back to the issue or never progresses past the loading stage. Even the "recovery" section is a joke where it locks the information with no way to continue, other than to close the page. In no way am I going to be on a 900 number where they charge me by the minute to walk me through stuff I've already done.
