Hogan's most iconic mic work to me is the Wrestlemania IV one with the line about the world flooding after he slams Andre and carrying Donald Trump and various Hulkamaniacs on his back while he backstrokes/dog paddles them to safety.
Complete over the top nonsense, but its the most prototypical babyface Hulk promo.

Complete over the top nonsense, but its the most prototypical babyface Hulk promo. Also hilarious in hindsight considering all the stuff Donald Trump did in the ensuing years.

The one where he destroyed Hulk Hogan before their No Way Out match.

Die Rocky Die. Faarooqs present (after Mania 14) Tick Tock. Tick Tock. (to Jericho) Billy Gunn/God Rumble 2001's jambalaya promo (a favourite of mine) Singing with Austin The one with Eddie Guerrero where both nearly make the other corpse "All that matters...is Act Three."

Hogan's n.W.o at Bash at the Beach 1996 promo has gotta be up there and Piper's Old School's cool promo to Jericho in 2009 is one of my picks. I thought about the Bash at the Beach promo, and it’s absolutely great, but aside from “the fans can stick it,” I can’t remember many of the specifics. And as over as Hollywood Hogan and the nWo was, when I think of Hogan’s peak, I think of that initial WWF run, and nothing jumps out at me from that. And that’s not a bad thing, he was phenomenal in the build to Wrestlemania III and the controversial loss to Andre on NBC. He did great work against Savage, Warrior, etc. That promo from Piper was great, and there are many other examples. But that one iconic, legendary promo is such a unique thing. It’s hard to place with Flair, Jake Roberts, Jim Cornette, Bobby Heenan, etc. For me with Jake is Wrestlemania 6 before his match with Dibiase

Really put over how much the belt meant to him when he flipped the switch from contemplating taking the offer to “HELLLLLLL!!!!! NNNNNOOOOOO!!!!!!”

What about Y2J's debut? The first time I can recall using "It Doesn't Matter!" and the KY Jelly plan.

Jake has so many. "The end of the beginning", "dont you realise the real snake all along was me?", the DiBiase avarice one.
Flair is very much "With a tear in my eye" first and foremost for me.

I think his 2000 promo for the Rumble was good too. 'The Rock has two concerns tonight. One is gonna be... Crash Holly. And the other one is... Headbanger Mosh. And if The Rock can get through those two, he might just have a shot at winning the Royal Rumble.

The "Hollywood" heel rock was the only time I actually paid attention to his promos outside of the silliness...Something about that and the trollling Bluetista will always be my favorite versions of each of those guys

I guess he doesn't have an ultra definitive one, but he had many great ones. Similar to Hogan, there is a reason that The Rock always got the last word with a promo right before his match at most PPVs. He could always set the stage one final time to get you hyped for the match.
Also for me the promo that fully cemented him as a babyface was February 2000 when Triple H and Stephanie put Cactus Jack in a handicap match vs Triple H and the Radicals where Cactus could only have partners if they volunteered. Rock about an hour later has a promo and is ripping on Big Show and making fun of Kevin Kelly then switches gears. "On to tonight. Cactus Jack. You got yourself in a situation where it's 5 on 1. Well The Rock says this...tonight, your situation is not 5 on 1. It's 5 on....2". The Rock volunteers without hesitation even without any assurance that there will be other partners. It's one of the most selfless babyface moments ever and a far cry from when he could barely stand to be around Mankind a few months before.

I actually roared with delight. I was thirteen at the time.

For me, Heenan’s most iconic promo is one he cut during the Tatanka v. Model match at Mania 8, about Flair (and Perfect and himself) would they the WWF belt back. He starts out calm and rational and gets himself so worked up by the end he yells at Gorilla to “put ‘‘em up!!!”

For me with Jake is Wrestlemania 6 before his match with Dibiase The first thing I think of with Jake is the promo after slapping Elizabeth. Mean Gene yelling, "Get the hell out!," after put it over the top. “I could cultivate her into something even I could want!” would just be an edgy try-hard line out of the mouths of most of today’s top promo guys but Jake made it sound like he was the Devil incarnate.
