If Cena isn't doing anything now, him vs. GUNTHER for the IC title would be a good match to gift the fans in Indiana since most of this card feels like lame duck matches, like Shin vs. Seth 2.

They really aren't doing a great job of promoting some of the secondary PPVs lately. 2 weeks out and we have one partial match announced.

I thought fastlane's whole thing is that it's part of the road to wrestlemania? Now it's just the road to Canadian Thanksgiving.

This is shaping up to be the most inconsequential PPV of the year. Even Payback had the feud-ending Becky/Trish cage match, JD winning the tag titles and LA Knight/Miz which had a good build.
Which makes me think they may pull the trigger on a world title change so that something important can happen here. Not sure whether it would be Nakamura or Priest walking out with the title if they do that though.

According to Scuttlebutt, Cena and a TBD partner vs Solo Sikoa and Jimmmy Uso are going to main event. On one hand, it's the PPV debut of Jimmmy, on the other, Seth Rollins, as the holder of what is supposed to be the top belt on Raw, should headline this.

I assume some sort of eight-man tag with Judgment Day and JD McDongle versus Cody’s Avengers will be on the card.

Wonder if this will be the fourth PPV in a row where Rollins goes into it badly injured then spends 20 minutes getting his ass beat only for Priest to still somehow not cash in.

Cena is probably a bigger draw now than he was in his prime. The adults don't hate him anymore.

Hunter man, I'm begging you.
Please promote more matches weeks ahead of the PLE instead of just on the Go Home Raw's and Smackdown's.
You are killing the buzz of the PLE's with no hype before hand.

Pretty ironic that a PPV called Fastlane, held in Indy, might be headlined by a Last Man Standing match - generally one of the most slow paced match types and one where there are massive lulls in action.
