Can't say this bothers me as a fan, as I've never really dug Jade's work and had wanted to see other women get more against her (e.g. Kiera, Ruby, and others), but I get why this is a kick in the balls for AEW to some level: they invested a lot in getting Jade over, and if she's just bolting then yeah, that sucks for them. No problem with Jade getting whatever deal she feels is best for her (she's a model who married a Major League Baseball player, money might not be even that much of a concern), but Khan might be getting his first taste of what can happen when you put so much into one act and then it's suddenly here today, gone tomorrow. Guess we'll see how this unfolds. But yeah, never really dug her overall work, so it doesn't irk me much, personally. Her aura, pump kick, and finisher might be enough to have her hitting the ground running in WWE, though. My problem with her work was TK never gave her a chance against better workers and had her there with green people as well who are still learning on the job too. The only big time match that I could remember is Taya and Rosa other than that she hasn't interacted with any of the other mainstays that could've improved her.

Yea like she wasn’t great but she has shown she actually wants to learn and be better. TK did not have a plan of advancing her besides winning matches. As months went on she should went from squash matches to back and forth

I will no doubt catch some push back on this. This works out especially better for AEW because Jade absoloutley IMO sucks...yea she looks good all well and fine but she was a complete hinderence to the TBS title and while that largely falls on TK for booking that she did no favors by just sucking as an in ring talent. WWE is gonna give her EVERYTHING and more just based on how she looks and it is whatever. TK would be best going back to Kenny Omegas original intended idea for AEW's womens division and largely revolving around Joshi talent because WWE is gonna throw money at other women on his roster like a Statlander and absoloutley throw everything to get Mercedes back eventually , but the Joshi scene is one WWE is never likely gonna throw any real attention and money at and he could take advantage of that wide open pool of talent that give you 1000% more than a Jade Cargill was ever gonna give you. And also this is my demand for more Emi Sakura. Khan could do all of these things now, but he hasn't cared to so I doubt he ever does it in the future. He should tho

I think they shouldve given her more reps against the top tier AEW women.

He should tho Work visas are a nightmare right now with how backed up immigration is. That's the biggest reason why Joshi and puro guys are used sparingly. Unless they move to the US.

If they are going to immediately hot shot her to the main roster what that shows me is they are gonna wrap her in so much wrestling protected plot armor she may as well be intangible.

Jade is perfect for WWE, has people like Becky, Bayley, Asuka who are stars and can work her through to good matches that will elevate her.

If Mercedes Mone signs with AEW, then Jade will be forgotten.

She’s serviceable in the ring already. And will get better with more reps and longer matches on house shows. She put in a lot of work with Danielson to improve but AEW still rarely gave her a lot of long matches to get better.

I love to see the talent movement. Hopefully Edge and Mone go to AEW, maybe MJF to WWE if he’s not already re-signed. This is definitely more exciting for both products than everyone signing 4-5 year contract extensions.

This was inevitable, IMO. Jade has everything necessary to be a crossover star. If she cares about her “brand”, then WWE gives her the best chance of reaching her ceiling. This was going to happen at some point, maybe earlier than expected.

I read the Boozer guy(who leaks WWE news) implied it was about money.

Maybe years down the line he can go to wwe, but for now I don’t think he would be treated nearly as well as he would if he went to wwe

Jada’s gonna be headlining Mania in a few years against Bianca Belair but the harsh reality is AEW is pretty obviously not a place to go if you’re trying to develop your game. Between NXT, house shows, and the PC, WWE is much more equipped to handle a prospect like Jada than AEW ever was.

Well, if Raj Giri says she's staying with AEW... ...she's 100% going to WWE.

The only big time match that I could remember is Taya and Rosa other than that she hasn't interacted with any of the other mainstays that could've improved her. I suppose (though she did face some others like Willow and Ruby who bring plenty to the table and could help on that front), but I also get that her push was meant to be her just steamrolling people and, while I didn't personally enjoy it, it certainly did work for a lot of fans. I was at Full Gear last November hoping against hope that Nyla would win the TBS belt, but the crowd was pretty solidly behind Jade, so I get why they stuck with what worked. As for reps overall, I guess it comes down to whether some wrestlers want to take outside bookings or not. Dynamite's not the place to be learning on the job; it's done sometimes, but it's not really doable if they intend to feature the person in a prominent way - e.g. Skye Blue has jobbed a lot over the last year, but she's basically been in her "Young Lion phase" and has shown some demonstrable improvement, she's not being pushed to a title yet. Having the PC and that structure may be good for her, but I'm not really enamored with WWE's track record of developing wrestlers who aren't already pretty strong overall and who only really need NXT as a chance to get used to how WWE shoots and stages their shows. That said Jade's obviously not a newbie, so she's not starting off as raw as a number of those PC prospects over the years, and WWE's match formula is a bit more straightforward and they may be able to get whatever they need out of her pretty quickly in terms of key spots and whatnot.

I like Jade. I felt her TBS title run went a few months too long but she was a star, she worked hard and brought eyes to the women's division. I'll be sad to see her go (if she does) but she seems tailor-made for WWE.

Also I really don’t think that streak was supposed to be as long as it was. It seemed clear Stat was going to take it from her a lot sooner but didn’t because of injury and yeah, he could have pivoted but if that went how it did, who knows what position Jade would have been in?
