Seth Rollins Cody Rhodes Jey Uso Sami Zayn Kevin Owens Drew McIntyre Chad Gable Matt Riddle LA Knight Rey Mysterio Bobby Lashley Sheamus Edge John Cena Brock Lesnar (I think he's face again after shaking Cody's hand)
Like in terms of credibility right now. If they all faced each other in a G1 style tournament, there was no shenanigans and every match had a clean finish in which order would they place?
There's a lot of really over faces right now and I'd say about 6-7 of those rarely if ever lose clean so it's difficult to say who would be stronger in kayfabe if they faced each other. Like Cody beat heel Seth 3 times in a row but since turning face I don't think Seth has lost a match clean. Would Cody still beat the now more powerful face Seth?
Cena might legit be bottom or at least very near the bottom of the list with how often he loses these days which would be a trip to tell someone a decade ago.
I'll take a stab:
1. Cody 2. Seth 3. Brock 4. Jey 5. Lashley 6. Sami 7. Drew 8. Edge 9. KO 10. Knight 11. Cena 12. Rey 13. Sheamus 14. Gable 15. Riddle

Has Cody lost cleanly since his return in 2022 (not counting tag matches or multiman matches where he was not pinned)?

He was protected by his arm getting kayfabe injured the week before the PPV so he wasn't at 100% but within the rules of the match Brock didn't cheat.

Bianca has to be the top in kayfabe. She only lost like three times, I think. She has never lost clean. Always wins clean. Often wins clean in spite of opponents cheating. Dominates most of her matches.

KO has to be above Sami, because Sami's always the one who takes the falls when they're in tags or six-man matches.
