I see why they dropped it eventually, because it's that kind of silly that's just so ludicrously edgy that it's stupid as all hell, but I appreciate bringing it back years later in pursuit of just trying to find a good way to return to the identity behind it and embrace the silliness. They dropped it at a very un-silly time for wrestling, and I think tastes are more open now and accessibility just makes that sort of audience selection easier. |
