My local Family Dollar and other nearby stores have some Xmas stuff already. Haven't been to Walmart or Target lately so dont know if they have big Xmas stuff out yet.

The way I see it, stores are putting them up so that people could prepare themselves for Christmas. I mean you see Halloween decorations for sale in August or Valentine's Day stuff for sale at the end of December.

Honestly… I think we are going to eventually see Christmas stuff out year round. I’m actually shocked the Pumpkin Spice craze isn’t a year round thing.

I work at a Smith's and all I've seen is Halloween Stuff. The limited time is what makes it more of a craze. I remember about 15 years ago, seeing Christmas stuff in a dollar store at the end of August. |

The local Walmart had aisles taped off Labor Day Weekend and by about that Wednesday they were open and about 2/3rds stocked with Christmas shit... while the Halloween stuff was already pushed over to the side after only being out for about 2 weeks.

When Target starts setting up the seasonal section of the store for Halloween, I can always count on seeing Christmas lights along the back wall.

Yep we’ve had Christmas stuff up at the store I work at since the start of September. I absolutely draw the line at X-Mas music though don’t want to hear that shit til December.

Yep and we still haven't put up all the damn skeletons including a 12 ft one my wife got from Home Depot...She even joined a FB community built around them...I probably should worry

It honestly feels so weird to me. I remember in my childhood, X-Mas stuff was on sale after Thanksgiving. It just honestly feels like I stepped into some weird dimension seeing X-Mas supplies just before Halloween nowadays.
