That's about one of the easiest 10's I've ever given a PPV
That might be one of AEW's best shows of the entire year
Tired as hell but god what a fun watch lol

All Out 2021 was my favourite AEW PPV out of a lot of strong ones.
WrestleDream is the new favourite and might be a top 5 PPV of all time. I really can't think of anything that was as good top to bottom.

You put Christian in the main event of an AEW PPV and you get an all timer that's the rule

I hardly ever give shows a 10. And I'm going over this show in my mind to try and think if there was any part of it that didn't exceed my expectations and I'm struggling to find one. Maybe there were a couple of winners I didn't like but I don't think that's a reason to mark down a show unless it's a really obviously bad decision and not just my personal preference.
So, I think this gets a 10. Well-paced, nothing dragged, and all of the matches were different from each other.

High 9. Can't get much better than that.
Might as well have duct-taped my face to the screen for Danielson/ZSJ and Christian/Darby, couldn't pry my eyes off of either match for a second. The mix of drama and brutality in the main event was incredible, and they handled Edge's debut pretty much perfectly.

This show could have been that Danielson/ZSJ match with four hours of promo packages, and it still would have gotten a 10 from me. Aside from the rest of it being an absolutely killer show, that was one of the very best matches I’ve seen in my ~35 years of watching.

If I could give this show an 11, I would. That was my most favorite AEW show ever. Danielson/ZSJ was just...it's instantly my match of the year, a genuine 6 star match from me, the year now has 3 months left to try and top it, good luck.
Hangman/Swerve was phenomenal. Christian/Darby might possibly be my favorite 2 out of 3 falls match, ever? Certainly the most creative one I can think of, which I notice is a *thing* AEW does, taking a long established match gimmick and then delivering a gold standard example of how to do it, while also doing it in creative ways not done before.
Honestly the weakest matches on this card were at worst, at worst, 3-3.5 stars for me.

Pretty easy 10. Honestly it's weird to say but that was almost just too stacked of a card. I was done after the AmDrag/ZSJ match.
In terms of the actual card and not the preshow the only match that felt like somewhat of a dud was a solid but unspectacular Ricky/Yuta match but that always felt like a thank you ppv match to Ricky for him getting screwed over with the Punk stuff. But outside of that I think every match was a 4 star or higher quality.
I think the main event was brilliant story telling with Nick Wayne being pushed over the edge by Darby's history with his dad (they really pushed Darby and Buddy having a falling out), but also Darby forgiving AR Fox and in general just letting Nick get destroyed by Darby's enemies to turn, and Edge/Adam Copeland's debut just adds more intrigue not just because of his history with Christian but he's known as the Ultimate Opportunist so the question becomes can you trust Adam Copeland.
It's weird to say, but even though I don't think a lot happened that wasn't expected it did feel like Tony wasn't BSing about this being a New Era for AEW. Just feels like between the Don Callis Family, Swerve, and Christian this has really been set up as an era of Super Villains

9.5/10:
MJF continues to show what an awesome babyface he is.
Eddie vs. Shibata with an awesome AJPW tribute match.
Julia Hart with a star making performance, and the crowd was behind her. I hope they keep up her momentum after this.
Swerve vs. Hangman, Danielson vs. ZSJ, and Darby vs. Christian were all MOTY contenders.
Nick Wayne heel turn and EDGE!!

8.5/10.
Didn't care for that MJF/Righteous match especially with MJF beating both dudes even if I don't care about em. Same with the the Trios Match. The FTR match I tuned out of. Everything else was either dope or wasn't enough for me to really knock it so yeah, that's where I'm at.

I voted 8. Scrap the four-way tag and the trios matches, in their place add another women's match to the show, and never allow Moxley to do commentary again, and this PPV would be a 9 verging on 10.
Cage/Allin 2/3 falls is probably my favourite AEW PPV main event this year.

I flat-out cannot imagine giving this show a 1. If you’re a fan of pro wrestling, saw that Danielson/ZSJ match, and still gave it the lowest possible rating, there’s no pleasing you.

Easy 10. About as good of a PPV as I can remember in all my years watching wrestling, if I’m being honest. It actually was probably my favorite PPV AEW has ever done.
And I am so excited about she and Christian getting one last run together. With how amazing and revitalized Christian has been in AEW I can’t wait to see what an Edge run looks like. AEW certainly has its faults, but using veterans well is not one of them. I have a feeling this is going to be an awesome run.
