With VHS 85 (6) coming out on Friday, is anyone else besides me hype as hell that one found footage franchise has found it's groove?

Didnt realise there was 6 flicks. I thought there was only the three I saw. I for the most part enjoyed them, some stories obviously are better than others of course.

Got to say that one of my favorite segments is the "married couple in Vegas" from the first, because it's the only one that doesn't have a supernatural twist to it.

I despise found footage, yet despite that these films are pretty fun. Granted only seen the first 3.

They've varied wildly in quality, but I'll still watch any new one that comes out.
1, 2, and 4 were exceptional horror films. Among the best of modern times.
3 and 5 were shit.
Oddly my favorite part of 3 was the wraparound segment, which most critics seem to say was the worst part of it. I'm like "did they not see the magician segment that breaks all the rules the franchise set up?"
