Reunite The Vaudevillains and bring in Jonny Swinger with his 80s gimmick for Toni to lead a time travel stable. Maybe for just a short term, one month angle as so not to overdo it. They have reunited on the Indies already, but that also means we have to deal with Simon Gotch... oh well, he's still a major step down from what they've had to deal with already. Surprised by that. Gotch has been less than complimentary of his time with the Vaudevillains. Of course, maybe he's deflated his head a bit. |

She has been great. I am actually glad she didn't get the title back because her character with a title belt still being as unhinged wouldn't really make sense. It'd be like when Britt Baker won the title and suddenly her WCW Jericho "Conspiracy!"-like gimmick just kind of got defanged because she largely ran out of things to complain about, so it just left the smugness.

Glad to see Toni has reinvented herself in grand fashion BUT this absoloutley would not work if Toni was not willing to throw ALL of herself into this and that is what really makes this for me because if she was doing this even with half the effort it would not work , she has gone all in (pun intended) and is why this comes off as well as it does.
Idk how long this entire thing can last BUT one way to really play into this even more but it depends on the other women to by having Toni play into the matches as if they were roles in different genres and she responds accordingly.
The outcasts would be Drama
Julia Hart would be horror
Willow would be a comedy
A local talent would be the equivilent to an indy film
There are plenty of ways to extend this which I hope they have already thought of.

I feel like she could get a title when the character has gone on longer and give a, "You love me, you really love me!" acceptance speech with it like it's an Oscar, but for now, she needs to have the adversity. |

That shit gave me flashbacks to doing Neil Simon’s “California Suite”.
Incredible stuff from Toni. She’s taking the perfect trajectory for a wrestler. Good wrassler that was lacking character/crowd investment. She kept working at it, showing more and more personality until they steered onto this. Really think she’s a made woman if they keep having fun with this.
Oh and when she wins, she should either have a spotlight on her or they should flip it to black & white.

An amazing gimmick. Really never knew Toni had it in her but she's absolute perfection in this role, the way she speaks and the things she comes out with during an outburst, the mannerisms and facial expressions, the entrance, the skits with RJ (who I'm delighted to see getting TV time) it's all so, so great.

Alternatively, they could do another tournament or something for a trophy, and she just treats that like one, though it's probably going to telegraph this is for her sake the second they announce it. |

I'm finding this kind of hilarious, because if I was in a Chikara or Lucha Underground type promotion this is the EXACT gimmick I'd have had and I wasn't sure if anyone would like it, but then Toni does it on a theoretically serious promotion and it's the best thing on TV.

Also, while the timing was a little off, Toni doing a semi-fourth wall-breaking cue to the sponsors and the picture-in-picture was hilarious.
Just seems like she's having a ton of fun out there (MAGGLE!) and really enjoying the gimmick.

Great gimmick and great character work, can't really ask for anything more.
And as suggested earlier in the thread Danhuasen would be a great addition to this insanity especially if he dresses up like an old tyme director complete with beret, old school megaphone and eye piece.
