Babyfaces standing tall and strong at the end of Smackdown

Just wanted to say that was damn refreshing and good TV.

We don't need 52 weeks a year where the heels are standing strong.

Smart and reliable babyfaces are what we need more often on WWE TV, not JD or Bloodline to end the show on top.

It was great because of the atmosphere with 4 super over guys side by side like that but babyfaces standing tall isn't some rare thing. It's happened almost every week on Smackdown in the half year since Mania.

I believe Rick is thinking about WWE two or three years ago, when the heroes getting the advantage actually *was* super rare for a period.

It’s actually fascinating data here. The show endings are trending face-strong but it doesn’t come off that way for some reason. It has to be the fact that the heels hold most of the gold most of the time.

Face victory feels like a temporary relief. Heel victory feels like yet another slow inevitable chapter in their months/years long story.

IMHO anyways. Seems like this is how I've felt since the Thunderdome.

Unless, of course, you’re Shinsuke Nakamura versus Seth Rollins. Shin won the battles, but ultimately lost the war at Payback and Fastlane.
