I still find it hilarious that Impact spent so much of its existence entirely dependent on Panda to survive and yet Impact's still around while Panda isn't.

I think some people still have Dixie Carter Trauma. But Tony is more financially stable than Dixie ever was.

What a Thread. Once again, AEW remains the only wrestling company where we talk we talk more about how we talk about the company than actually talking about it. WWE too. I mean Tony is on some clown shit for the tweet, but damn some people are going too hard on him lol. And Punk I feel is trying to get relevent. He knows what he’s doing lol A.) He’s a famous billionaire. The praise gonna come just as hard as the heat. B.) Part of it is all the big game he talks online. If he didn’t there’d be no superfluous conversation going on. C.) As someone said, it’s just as easy to see people like him, as dislike him, and we really don’t know the man. But it’s the same relationship any set of fans have with public famous personas. 10 pages of discussion over a couple of stupid tweets. Never change, FAN. It’s getting a lot of attention everywhere tho, this isn’t just a fan thing 🤷 No, but I think he's pointing out that there's a line between valid criticism and bad faith arguments. Exactly. TK said something stupid but it stays in rotation because the same three people would rather find and keep bad shit on top than anything else. These same people then claim to love AEW. Then these same people talk about how they don't like anything about AEW and insult everything about it. Oh but they love the company anger don't dare question it. It's bullshit from the same three or four people. Okay do you want to name names because this 'some posters' stuff is confusing as all hell No, but I think he's pointing out that there's a line between valid criticism and bad faith arguments. I don't see an issue with calling out bad faith arguments as long as you're willing to actually point out the arguments that you consider to be bad faith, rolling up to drop a post like that and just leaving it open to interpretation what you are/aren't declaring to be bad faith arguments can result in the people making valid criticisms (which there are many of ITT) thinking that you're referring to them. Not at all conducive to a healthy discussion IMO Just wanted to shout-out @billiegein for the great post 👍🏻

no because she is the best thing in wrestling and you remind me of that fact everything aside it just really confuses me this whole thing. you’re not even 10 years into the history of your wrestling company and wwe felt like they had to bring in the undertaker, john cena, asuka, paul heyman, la knight, etc. it isn’t even like the rating was bad why are you freaking out! I think me saying this is gonna way get taken the wrong way, but I think he wants HHH-Sempai to notice him. And like, I don't mean that in an E-Drone sort of way, either. I think he feels like he's being disrespected and wants HHH to acknowledge that AEW is real competition. And HHH, being who he is, isn't gonna do that. I definitely won’t take it the wrong way, I am so confused by how he’s acting that I think that could be valid, anything could be because he should feel proud of aew for getting the reaction it did from wwe them loading the show up is the biggest compliment wwe is ever going to give them

Yeah, he had that stupid "Bald assholes" tweet when Triple H and HBK hadn't said a damn word. Responded to somebody saying he was gonna watch NXT over Dynamite with "Who the f*** cares". Went off on the Cagematch ratings again. Said HBK shouldn't win Booker of the Year. And then had this tweet. He doesn't make those tweets and people wouldn't be talking about it. Hell had that last tweet been "Combined both wrestling shows did 1.5 million viewers against baseball playoffs and the NHL, it's a great time to be a fan", nobody would clown him.

HHH said several words throughout AEW's history that were really stupid himself, we're not gonna act like these guys are saints and that "Bald Asshole" is something totally over the line for either of them lmfao I refer to the "It's always morally correct to hate on HHH" meme, that was valid even before AEW existed lol

He brought this himself this time. The mental gymnastics some do to defend every single thing he does that I've seen around the internet is ridiculous, but not surprising. He had a good night Tuesday night ( outside of the Juice promo ),He should of left it at that. But Tony Khan is going to Tony Khan I guess.

You think this is insane you should see how people still defend Vince McMahon. And most people here, myself included, didn't think that last tweet from him was necessary, because as you said, the night was fine. I get what he was going for with "Two ratings streaks came to an end" and then he was cheeky with it being Cena and Taker, but people I think just wanna move on from this, it's not fun to discuss anymore at this point.
