I preferred Asylum's Zelda-ish world design to City's open world Gotham. But City was still a fine game. Same. Asylum I can pick up and play through again at any time. I try to do that with City and my main thoughts are "why the f*** do I have to go to the other side of the city to do the next thing, just warp me there or something, I don't have time for this."

I could go for a new Arkham game.
Or a Gotham Knights that isn't kiddie pool shallow.

I'm sad that the Rocksteady-developed Suicide Squad game is likely going to be a live service Triple A microtransaction fest instead of a well-made game. That and I'm really mixed on that game being a continuation of the Arkham games' continuity.
I guess there's always the inevitable update where they remove all the monetization and it turned out a decent game was underneath all the greed.

The Suicide Squad game really just seems doomed to die the instant it comes out. Feedback on it being so bad they delayed it nearly a full year is just kind of a damning indictment and nothing in the months since then has really indicated that people are even slightly coming around on it, plus the leaked details about it from around a week ago make it sound like basically nothing was actually learned and it's instead doubling down on being a bloated chore desperately trying to force the battle pass shit on you.

Out of all the Triple A publishers, I think WB Games might be the most blatantly terrible about monetization schemes. And it's not like they don't have a lot of competition in that regard.

Add me as another who loves Origins despite it's glitches. The Deathstroke boss fight is one of the my favorite boss sections in a game.

Nah, that would be EA with their sports games. EA is ground zero for every bad game industry trend.
