This one felt like a tragedy. Drew has so much momentum after eliminating Brock from the Rumble leading up to WrestleMania. Then he had to beat Brock in an empty performance center. He had a run for a year as the top guy, but never got to defend the title in front of the live crowds.

Yes. Not his fault the world went to hell when his run was setup.

I don't really especially want it honestly but it's not like it'd hurt and I'd take him over either of the champions we have now.

Yes, have him beat Seth for the title.

Yeah but it better not be a long run. A few months as champion would be good for him.

He does but sadly I think the ship sailed after he got Roman'd.

I'd prefer they go with someone else. He's not that interesting or exciting right now. He's not even in a stable anymore... How can HHH misery book him without a stable? Maybe if he puts the band back together I can get behind Drew as champion.

I don't regularly watch wrestling and haven't in almost 3 years, but I like Drew, so my non-counting vote goes to him for yes.

With the pretend world title Seth Rollins has? Sure. I'd make him re-sign first, though.

I'm digging his character work right now and I wouldn't mind at all if he beat Seth for it, even if he only has it for like a month and loses via cash in.

They give us a drew world title win in front of fans, he can do a Mick Foley 99 and lose it the next night to team Priest if needs be.

I’ve been waiting 2 and a half years for him to be Champion again so yes. Had a great run in the pandemic and never got to defend the title in front of a crowd then lost to Roman in the main event of a U.K. PPV. He’s owed it.

Should've been at Clash at the Castle for the WWE title so Roman could lose and still be Universal champion instead of having to make a new f***ing belt because he had both but then merged them together into a confusing gold title.

Just makes me think about all of the moments we could have had if Drew, Sami, or ect could have beaten Roman for a title. I wouldn't have a problem with Roman winning a title back eventually. But have it go so long and having to settle for moral victories is nuts. It's wrestling, there are several ways to tell a story without risking momentum.
