That's exactly what I thought after I posted that. Let her run WILD and be the old Kairi Sane. I can't believe I just said old, that was literally about a year to 18 months ago. It's clear Hunter doesn't see anything in her ay this point. I was expecting at least some singles matches with Asuka gone to finally give her some shine. But I doubt it now. So MariGold it is. |

I don't think Iyo will lose next week, unless they decide to hotshot a Lyra/Liv title match for Clash at the Castle. Which I hope they don't, because another loss for Iyo would absolutely destroy any momentum she has. And any credibility she might have left.

I'm guessing IYO either loses next week, or she wins with some help from Damage CTRL. IYO only gets clean wins over people that never win.

I expect there will protection either way next week no matter the result.
If she loses it will be because of heavy inteference
If she wins it will either be outright clean again or because Dmg Cntrl are dumbasses that fumbled and cost IYO the match
And either way could also play into IYO's ongoing rampage...if she wins because of Dmg Cntrl it still puts into question that she needed help to do it and if she loses well pile up more bodies because I am pretty sure she has racked up atleast a body count in the Rambo 2 range.

The comments on the YT video showing the attack are overwhelmingly in Iyo's favor. And YT comments are overwhelmingly marky in terms of audience perception.
So uhhhh yeah. WWE is going to have to do a lot in order to get fans behind Lyra. That cookie cutter promo last night did not do her any favors at all either.

WWE is going to have to do a lot in order to get fans behind Lyra. That cookie cutter promo last night did not do her any favors at all either. The fanbase does seem to be in favor of IYO over Lyra, despite IYO doing everything she can to be the Heel here. Dakota apparently got a good pop when she made her entrance this past Monday for the Main Event taping. I think IYO and KAIRI are going to turn babyface...but Sonya is gonna "recruit" Dakota who betrays KAIRI and IYO and joins Sonya's new merry band of jobbers. because they want to pivot Lyra to Liv atleast before Rhea and so that basically leaves IYO , KAIRI and Dakota with nothing to do in the meantime untill Rhea gets back and finishes out the Liv plot because I have said I think the Raw womens title match for Mania is going to be IYO Vs Rhea. |

I think Iyo has peaked as a heel, so in order for her to fulfill her complete WWE potential it's time for a babyface run like Asuka had one in 2016-18.
She will get over just based on the charisma alone. Raw has STACKED heels at this rate for babyfaces to work through.
Rhea, Lyra and Iyo are probably the big 3 babyfaces on Raw in the future.
Iyo and Liv are destined to meet 1 on 1 finally for the title.

Iyo and Kairi need face turns but I am surprised how many want Rhea.to be a baby face. She is a heel through and through and gets cheered for it so I hope She comes back as she is and not turn face as she would soon be smiling, high giving fans and all the other stuff faces do that bore people to tears.

Plain and simple everytime they have tried it RHEA is a horrible babyface and yea she is gonna get a big initial pop killing Liv but after that then what? and that ends up being Rhea's problem as a babyface...she gets that initial feud and everyone is for it but after that passes she falls off hard it happened in NXT and happened when she initially got to the main roster.
Anyways I have proposed in order for KAIRI and IYO to turn babyface you can have Dakota betray them and join Sonya's job squad and have IYO and KAIRI then overcome them...again this bides IYO time untill Rhea and Liv wrap up their feud and IYO can then enter the title picture in time for Mania where I believe she will win the Raw womens title.
And you would hopefully assume this allows KAIRI to get a nice run as a singles star and getting wins over girls like Nattie (assuming she signs a new deal).

Anyways would prefer KAIRI in such a situation instead because WWE is giving her nothing and I would prefer IYO also not be jobbing to another companies womens roster as well. |

So what does this exactly mean?
Face turn?
Giulia? ...bringing in some MariGold talents for occasional one offs
Going off on her own leaving KAIRI and Dakota as the remaining members.
I am intrigued because this was off of a win so this feels like a significant change not just for the group but for IYO herself.
