Ignoring TV deals, streaming times, or ratings potential...
If WWE got the urge with all the ladies they have now on both the main roster as well as NXT, do you think they could run a 2 hour all women's show nowadays?
Obviously the amount of talent is there, and there are plenty of good talents to showcase (even if they would showcase some ones not as popular here at times), but do you think there's the potential in doing that as a special cross brand show thing to give all the lady talent they have a chance to shine?
Obviously I don't see it ever happening, but was a thought that sprung into mind with the running joke in NXT threads about scrapping the NXT men's division for the women.

They could do it. Would it be any good is the real question. WWE's booking of women is very uneven. They have the talent on the roster, but they only seem to be able to care about 4 of them across the 2 main shows. Everything they do is designed to feed those 4 at the expense of every single other woman on the roster (To her credit, Becky alone, actually tries to elevate the people she works with). So, you have the 4 stars and a pool of weak disposable jobbers. If those jobbers are lucky they will be regularly featured on TV, but no one buys into them as credible. It's hard to become invested in any of them.
Right now, the woman's mid-card is Asuka. That's it. She's the only woman who is not a priority, but is still treated with just enough reverence to give her some credibility. (Nia is getting a mini mid-card push too to be fair. Lets see how long that lasts).
I suppose a weekly 2 hour show would force them to create a mid-card, which would benefit all the girls immensely.

I think they COULD. Like the OP said I don't see it happening, at least not any time soon, but I think the talent is there so it COULD be done. Whether it'd be booked well or whatever is another matter of course.

Of course they should. It should replace main event before Raw and Smackdown.

No. The other shows' ratings would tank.

I don't see it happening. There are some sports where the women are more popular than the men (figure skating, gymnastics, volleyball, tennis is 50/50) but I don't think women's wrestling can be sustainable on its own.

I would give the first hour (or the last) of RAW to the women. Just make it different.

Maybe if they called the upper tier talents from not up or just used talents from all three brands . The matches wouldn't be very good though at least not consistently. If we're being honest a good chunk of WWE's women's roster is super green or just not that good in the first place with a small handful of truly elite performers (Bayley ,Io, Rhea, Bianca with the right opponent, Becky, Roxanne, Lyra),.The division as a whole is kind of in a weird spot in between eras atm you have people from the 4HW/Asuka/Alexa era , The Rhea/Bianca/Raquel era, and now the NXT 2.0 talent era The $HW women era is starting to slow down, outside of Bianca and Rhea and maybe IO the second era never really got firmly established and a lot of them are floating around aimlessly (Candice, Mia, Kairi, Nikki, Tegan, Raquel) , and the third era is still just starting out.

They could. Smackdown has felt like that sporadically lately. I don’t know if it’d make sense profits/business wise but could see it working. And getting okay if not great ratings pending channel, time, angles etc

That's the question really, would WWE and fans accept the amount of green wrestlers and less popular acts that you'd have to go through before the good stuff in the main event? Especially with the top stars likely to age out soon(ish), perhaps even more quickly with a busier schedule. That's just in-ring, WWE is promo heavy and you'd either have the same couple of wrestlers that are good on the mic talking every week or have a lot of awful segments to sit through. Yes NXT is like that to a degree but that's the deal, you know you're watching developmental. There's also more variety and male indy stand-outs that can carry main events. Would WWE want to build a tag division properly? Book things to the roster's strengths not their own tropes? Would they be willing to drastically change their approach, maybe stable heavy like Stardom or largely ditching the heel/face dynamic like TJPW? They have the numbers and given enough time both wrestlers and the way it's booked would probably improve but would they given the chance before everyone loses intrest? Not really the point of this thread but the all male shows would also suffer.

Yes as long as they brought back Eva Marie to be the General Manager.

There is absolutely no reason why them, or AEW, couldn't do this from a practical perspective.
