During the ECW Raw in 1997, Vince referred to Stevie Richards as Stevie Ray. Very difficult to tell those two apart. He also called Mikey Whipwreck "Mickey", only to be corrected by Heyman who then said "you need to start watching the tapes Bruce Pritchard leaves on your desk!" |

They're the same guy but Vince definitely called Cactus Jack "Mankind" a bunch of times.

In the beginning he did, but that was likely just explaining to the WWF audience that Cactus Jack was Mankind under another persona, which isn't necessarily wrong, just explaining to those who may have missed the introduction of Cactus and were wondering who was in the ring |

More a confusion but Vince used get the Beverly Brothers so he just eneded calling Mr Beverly is still pretty funny.
