Gabe Kidd/Eddie was so good even with a double countout ending

So far Ali’s world tour is really focused on not leaving his hometown of Chicago lol. Worked GCW in Chicago last night. Nemeth going to whatever company will have him and Ali doing the same but only in Chicago is a good story to me. Less so Matt Riddle Still waiting to see where Mace and Mansoor might end up personally, I hope they end up somewhere lol

Gotta hand it to Moxley. He legit made me think he might lose even though he hasn’t eaten a fall in New Japan since his G1 in 2019.
Crazy great match.

Moxley challenged Naito. So either he’s finally going to lose…or the IWGP title is about to spend months in a locker in Jacksonville.
Match is official for Windy City Riot
not officially for the title yet because…you know…there is a title defense coming up. But it is nice that they learned and found a way to announce this stuff way ahead and not make us pretend Naito might lose to SANADA and advertise nothing.

They are stacking that Chicago show just in case you aren't going to be insanely tired from Mania events the week before

You won’t believe this but two of the best wrestlers in history are having a pretty decent main event

I don't know how you say last two as if Gabe Kidd/Eddie wasn't awesome right before that

Pretty sure if Mox won the belt he'd defend it on New Japan and AEW, it ain't the US Title, they actually would care about it lol He's not going to though, I don't see Naito's reign ending that quickly

I was honestly under the impression that was more NJPW being reluctant to greenlight title defenses for a period than any indication Mox was disinterested.

Naito responding to this match announcement by saying he just woke up, doesn’t really get it but whatever, and is going back to sleep is why he is king.

Naito responding to this match announcement by saying he just woke up, doesn’t really get it but whatever, and is going back to sleep is why he is king. His complete and utter apathy to the US is one of the more underrated running gags in wrestling. I wouldn't be surprised if he put more effort into the ROH show I went to in Edinburgh than he put into AEW.
