So there are plenty of examples of wrestlers leaving WWE on bad terms (Bruno, Bret, Punk, Jarrett, Warrior and the list goes on and on), but came back at some point.
But how about those who left and then never came back? At the top of my head I can think of Nailz, David Schultz, Tom Zenk. What else do we have?

Konnan, even if I think he probably never exactly tried very hard to come back, anyway.

I know Luger has signed a legends contract and had action figures and documentaries but has Luger appeared in front of wwe crowds since 95 at live events, hall of fame etc? Not sure if that counts...

He's gotta be the biggest example. After WCW folded, he never returned to WWE. Outside of a brief stint in TNA in 2004, he was pretty much done with wrestling. The only thing he had to do with WWE since was signing off on appearing in the All Stars video game, which came out about two months before he died.

Not sure if Ken Shamrock was on bad terms but he hasn’t come back yet though is heavily rumoured for the Hall of Fame this year I guess.

Sable's bad terms one was the first one, was it not? 1999. And she did come back after that in 2003. Savage is a weird one, because he didn't leave on bad terms but then things alledgely turned sour later. The Hebner brothers are very accurate for this. Earl was lauded as the best referee in the company's history, and they've not mentioned his name since his firing.

Gonna have to say Dustin Runnels, Jeff Jarrett or Marty Jannetty.
[aide whispers in ear]
Never mind, there has been a misunderstanding.

Don Callis was somewhat bad terms and he hasn't been brought back despite having success elsewhere in the past 8 years or so.

Yeah that was one of my suggestions. This was my other one. Gotta be the biggest. It’s very recent and probably won’t last, but Naomi and Sasha Isn't there talk of Naomi coming back soon though? Like at the Rumble? With Sasha I know there's a lot of expectation that she'll be Elite soon.
