So being kinda sick today, I was watching first time reaction videos to watching the original Robocop (well, mostly Emil's death and the final scene).
I love the reactions to how the OCP CEO (AKA the "Old Man/Geezer") helps Robocop deal with Dick Jones by just firing the guy, removing Robocop's limitation.
Got me thinking, what other smart moves from relatively minor characters in movies are there that you like?

Ted in Friday the 13th Part II stays at the bar and gets even more drunk instead of returning to the camp to get killed by Jason. He might have died by alcohol poisoning but Jason wasn't going to get him that day.

Richard Dawson has a bruiser security guard (LaFours from Mallrats) in The Running Man who just peaces out when Ben Richards finally gets to them.
Similarly, Kevin Nash is given the opportunity to walk away by John Wick in the first film and wisely accepts.

The one henchman from Iron Man 3 who just also peaces out after Tony Stark has defeated all the other henchmen, saying that he hates working for the bad guy because they’re so weird.

Bob The Goon refusing to fight Batman.
The NASA guy in Apollo 13 who cuts through all the debates by telling the other guys they need to immediately switch everything off.
The baker in Titanic.
The black tech guy in Jaws 3 who advises them to simply blow up the generator thing the shark has been hiding in. The advice is rejected due to financial costs and the guy gets chomped.
The deleted scene in Jaws where Quint's buddy wisely refuses to go out to sea to kill the shark. He doesn't get chomped.
The kid in Jurassic Park 3 who hides in a tanker truck for weeks until rescued.
The black camera guy in Scream 2 who simply leaves until the killings are over. The black TV guys in Scary Movie do the same thing.

Kingo from Eternals who decided all his friends were idiots and just walked right the f**k out of the movie.
I hated it when he did it but realize now that he is the only smart one in the whole group.

Benicio Del Toro's character in The Last Jedi makes a shit pile of money from both side and gets off free and healthy. Everybody else suffered massive losses.
He's just about the only smart character in the entire sequel trilogy.
