Vince resigning the first time only to force his way back in to get his power back, getting removed from any real authority within the WWE, and then having even more and worse shit coming out about him and his flunkies is Hall of Fame levels of f***ing up.
This dude is lucky he hasn’t tanked the entire company.

Vince was the top of the company, point blank. That responsibility of knowing or showing any type of negligence doesn’t fall on those under him. Not saying they didn’t know either, but people are jumping to huge conclusions that everyone in the C suite must have known all of the details of what was going on. From the accusations out there, the details of the actual sexual assaults were known only by Vince and Laurinaitis. He was showing photos and videos to the IT guy basically...yet we are supposed to believe the people he interacted with all the time didn't see this stuff or know about it? Right. Vince also said 'thousands of people' were seeing these pictures. It may well have happened but Vince bragging to 12 random tech guys in detail read more like his fantasy than an actual event.

Will they go to the pure disgusting route of saying that she's lying and it's all made up?

I have to wonder at the very least if this means they'll use Brock as the sacrificial lamb for this whole thing. I don't think it'll be enough to actually distract from it, but they really can't just ignore the subject entirely and Lesnar's basically an irrelevancy at this point anyway, wouldn't shock me if they just quietly distance themselves from him. Granted it also wouldn't surprise me at all if he just shows up in the Rumble and people go insane cheering for him despite it all. I'd guess at least half the people who are going to be in that crowd are already in town and won't have read the article.

I wonder will this affect the Netflix deal? Or is everything set in stone now?

I wonder will this affect the Netflix deal? Or is everything set in stone now? I would be surprised if it affected ANY of their media deals.

Will they go to the pure disgusting route of saying that she's lying and it's all made up? I’m in no place to say if all of it did or didn’t happen, as that’s the court’s job, but if someone *did* make up those allegations, it’d probably be safe to say they understand Vince’s psyche better than he understands himself.

With how much of the accusations involve other wrestlers being involved and the known, repeated incidents of women being 'sent' to Laurinaitis, along with all of Vince's macho locker room bullshit, I don't think this sort of stuff was kept as mysterious as people want it to be. Vince wanted control over women and wanted to laugh about it with the boys and flaunt that he had the power to do the shit he did. You don't get to a point where you're sending wrestlers someone's phone number and going "Ask for a video of her pissing" if you aren't flaunting it. It's part of the humiliation of the victim and it's part of the victim being made to feel 'big'.

Like, Dana White straight up slapped his wife on camera, he didn't get removed and ESPN didn't say anything. Unfortunately, businesses sometimes just don't care about this stuff.

TKO seem to be waiting for a reason though. Like, they wrote that clause to be able to fire him for cause and he get's nothing in for a reason, and if it isnt this, I dont know what it would be for.

Not defending that twat Dana, but what he did pales in comparision to what Vinny Mac has been accused of. But yeah, business sometimes just doesn't care and I wouldn't bet against this being one of those times.

Yes, I know but as f***ed up as Dana White is for that it’s small potatoes compared to a SEX TRAFFICKING RING/GANG RAPE IN THE WWE OFFICE. (For the record not condoning Dana, he should have been removed) Rumor is that TKO is looking to boot Dana’s dumb ass too but he hasn’t f***ed up really bad lately

This dude is lucky he hasn’t tanked the entire company. It’s not going to get covered enough. It’s clear what happened and what’s happening and what’s going to happen…and I doubt it will be part of the major discourse. He was thrown out for initial allegations and thought…I will get it all back by selling. And he was right. For about a week. Then the people he sold to threw him out again and will now feed him to the system to protect their brand (and in the case of some complicit people under him…to protect themselves). He made a grave mistake because the things in place to protect him will now work against him. If they went to interview the people he allegedly shared insensitive material with before…I bet anything they’d lie for him or at least claim no memory. They serve new masters now. They’re going to sell him down the river. He literally sold himself down the river.
