I wonder if this lawsuit could lead to other NDA's being waved and there being more information. The reason this came to light is cause Vince stopped payments towards this accuser, which in turn violated the NDA and made it null and void. So the only way more NDAs are waived is if Vince stops payments to other accusers and they decide to come forward as well. |

Mr. McMahon does not control TKO nor does he oversee the day-to-day operations of WWE. While this matter predates our TKO executive team’s tenure at the company, we take Ms. Grant’s horrific allegations very seriously and are addressing this matter internally.
Oh, he's going to be gone. Surely. They don't need him and his bad press.

I encountered a few of them on Reddit today, which is sadly how I know they exist. Oh I have no doubt they exist. I remember arguing with trolls on YouTube about Matt Riddle, so I can totally see there being Vince stans out there who truly believe this woman is at fault, or should've known this would happen to her. It's the same group that want the crass of the attitude era to return. |

Did they need to? They were addressing the 'hush money' and the financial conduct issue of him buying her off with company money - she was a recipient of that, but wouldn't have known where the money came from, which is what they were looking in to |

The complaint is alleging the NDA is unenforceable because it’s illegal (waiving things you can’t waive) and was signed after coercion. |

This is the entire reason that TKO wrote that clause into his contract, so they could put his ass out on the streets when more came out. I’m sure that Endeavor already knew about this before the deal. If you’re going to broker a huge merger like that you’re going to know everything about the other company.

But its MUCH MUCH safer to come out because Vince stopped paying, the illegal thing is to cover all the time she spent under NDA |
