I know WWE often runs things into the ground, but they're not normally stables with unchanging membership like this, with guys who had this much say in what they did and how their gimmick worked.
I hope they never break up.

New Day, New Decade seems like something special to celebrate and cash-in on. I imagine they'll make a pretty big deal about teaming together for 10 full years coming up later this year.

Don’t break them up, but maybe turn them heel again. They were at their most entertaining when they had the same basic personality, but constantly threw out backhanded compliments to the fans and the hometown. Basically got heat Honky Tonk Man style.

I just wish Big E would come back even if it's just to manage them, his presence makes the group more special

I'm fine with them being together still, Woods and Kingston are still a great team.

Big E coming back to beat GUNTHER would be incredible but I think he's done.
Let myself believe for a moment tonight when Imperium were beating Woods and Kofi down 😂

I never want New Day to break up and I don't think they're stale, hell Kofi had a fantastic match with Gunther tonight and Woods is fun in the ring plus a good talker. If you want to change things up with their gimmicks however and freshen stuff up though...
Woods has his UUDD stuff and that's probably what he is best known for but incorporate that into what he does in the ring. This can be a gimmick that is generally face but would make him a monster heel with a lot of people because of the nature of twitch streamers. Put up a little chat bubble that is viewable on the screen of fake users talking about his match and rooting him on, like a new age Matt Hardy V1 with his Matt facts.
If he nails someone with a big move, you can have him play up to the camera or literally just pog. You want to make someone a villain of importance that everyone wants to see get his ass kicked or unexplainably popular with the younger audience, pogging is the way to go. I'm not saying half ass it, I mean make this the gamer version of Timeless Toni Storm. Start feuds with people because someone mistakenly overwrote his pokemon blue save. There is an unrelated backstage brawl, they tip his PS5 over and now he is out for blood. Someone can take his phone and spend thousands on gacha pulls. New finisher is the Double Jump and it can be two jumping suplexes in a row. Again, pogging is crucial. He is extremely smart and I guarantee you that he has already pushed something like this, people would both love it and loathe it. Lead it up to a feud with LA Knight who is the epitome of standard hollywood acting/looks/popularity and have their different worlds of popularity clash over a war for the US title. Basically make him TJP without cringing so hard you get a tummy ache or Austin Theory that isn't sauceless.
As for Kofi, tell Brock he can come back for one night and have him squash Brock in even quicker time than the loss he had for the title. Jokes aside, keep him as he is but introduce him into some higher stakes feuds cause I don't know about you but he can clearly still go. Ivar match, Gunther match, when he wants he is fantastic. Have him hover around the WHC if you want.
Big E can do whatever he wants because even though he may never come back, I'll never forget him winning the title and he was who I always wanted to beat Roman for the title way back when.

I'm def one of the only ones thinking this but, trying them as heels with MVP as their manager could be interesting.

Maybe the best longterm stable WWE has ever had. No other stable has gone on this long with no member changes while still been interesting. I don't think they're stale. They're missing something without E, for sure. If he could come back in a manager role for them he'd breathe new life into the stable.

What would they do if they weren’t a thing? Yes they are stale but that’s more so because they aren’t being used predominantly imo. They’re a reliable ace in the hole that can be thrown into a tag title program when the belts are in a down swing Also since they have all achieved some level of singles success while on the group (two world titles and a King of the Ring), they can be reliably mixed into singles program if needed without losing the group connection. Also sometimes it's just nice that bros stay bros forever. And now their two world title losses technically never happened!

Who can forget that time Kofi entered the ring and then dropped the belt and no one could find it so he passed out and then Cain Velasquez came out but also didn't find it.

Because they rule and if you think they are stale together, just wait until one of them is super serious.
They should get to decide when/if they are done being together as they’ve earned that right by making the company so much money through merch sales.

Make them singles guys, but still affiliated. Remove the notion that Kofi is a "tag guy". He doesn't have to be champion, but have him as a babyface challenger for feuds so he feuds with others outside the tag division. The version of New Day without Big E isn't working. It might have juice in the feud with Imperium, but after that, then emphasize more singles.

It's an unfortunate consequence of current WWE, where you have established acts that are around for a decade or more and just not a lot to do. All acts eventually grow stale. In a perfect world you'd see talent float between companies and eventually resettle where they were at before. This was the benefit of the territory system back in the day. Once guys started becoming stale, simply send them to another territory.

My belief is they want to break the record of a stable being together uninterrupted in Wrestling history.
10+ years and counting now.

A better question: why is Kofi wrestling in his damn drawers now? Put some tights on, man!!
