Anyone think the plan is for Tiff to fail her cash in?
Personally I think they don't have a plan for the cash in just yet. They are probably saving it to take the belt off one of the more protected acts. Out of the 6 cash-ins, Nia is the only one to be cashed in on that would normally take an unprotected loss, and even that was a convoluted situation to protect Ronda from a loss.

Yeah, the whole 100% cash in success thing did make me think the winner would fail, which kind of made me think Chelsea would win heading into the show, but then with Sami winning (in Canada) and Drew failing his cash in that made me think she was probably going to take it. I can't really see them having 2 failed cash ins in the same year, unless they do want to slowly ease out the themed PLE, plus, if Tiffany is going to be a bona fide star and leading candidate in the division in the next 12 months or so, it's probably not the best accolade to give her. Chelsea failing would have fit in much more with her character and career direction to date. That said, if it did lead to some sort of big non title story with a Charlotte, or a Trish, and kept her relevant and constantly on our screens for the rest of the year then I'd much rather she won last night and failed, than not winning and merely being in a tag team for the rest of the year and not being prominent at all.
I'm hoping she keeps the case until at least Berlin. Have her prominent at Summerslam, make people think she will cash in on either Nia or Bayley, or the tiniest possibility that she could cash in on the RAW winner (assuming Liv has a match at Summerslam), but she holds off. A successful cash in in Berlin would be cool and would get a great pop given the Kaiser links and that she is popular pretty much wherever she goes internationally - you could have Nia and Tiffy celebrating together with their respective title and briefcase and then boom, 1,2,3, but I'd probably prefer to hang on to it until the start of next year, as long as she has something OK to do in between, like possibly a feud with Trish or tagging / feuding with Nia or something. Lots of possibilities, and especially with the men's case not in play (when it's usually the other way round), I hope they have a good plan for it.

Having both winners fail in their cash ins feels like overkill. They have a year to figure out how to handle it. So no need to rush. |

Honestly I'd have her cash in and win on Bayley asap, she's ready, she's over and she would be an incredible heel champion..Tiffany and Liv dominating both shows is a good thing!

The fact they set up Trish and Tiffy has me thinking she is gonna fail her cash in due to Trish and then setting up a singles match between them but also a tag match between Nia and Tiff Vs Trish and Bayley.

There’s no substitute for good character work. Play your character well, you’ll get over. And Tiffany is exceptional at it. Same goes for Chelsea.

Nice to see the WWE update their Twitter header to Tiffy these past couple of days, and also good to see her featured in the Smackdown advert during RAW, the first time she's been featured solo since her call up: www.wwe.com/videos/tiffy-time-is-now-smackdown-sneak-peekI suspect she will likely be heavily involved in the Nia vs Michin match (as will Bayley) and it will probably lead to an impromptu tag match, or sets that up for next week. Hopefully she has her own in ring promo on the show as well. |

She's been added to that NYC Fanatics fan thing in mid August. I see Charlotte was originally due to attend on Saturday 17th but she's no longer listed, so Tiffany must have directly replaced her. I'm not sure if they were hoping that Charlotte would have returned in and around that date when initially announcing her and her comeback has possibly been delayed, but either way, it's a good opportunity for Tiffy.
Probably looking into things too much, but this might also rule out a failed (and lost) cash in at SummerSlam. If she's been picked as one of only 6 WWE women to appear then she'll likely have either the women's title or at least still have her briefcase to make her stand more attractive, given she is still relatively new to the roster. A fan getting a pic with the title or MITB briefcase, or signing a photograph with either, will be more appealing than if she has lost her case and her shot.
