Not necessarily lost media or what have you, but stuff that you remember and can find, with some effort, that very few, if anyone, seems to remember. The idea for this came from talking with a friend about British cartoons that aren't really mentioned at all. Two mentioned in particular were British made shows that don't seem to much in the way of fame these days, or even back then. It wasn't until we started talking about it that they were remembered, in fact:
The Baskervilles, which was a really weird premise, all things considered. And Bimble's Bucket, which seems to contend with Babar in terms of 'most genteel and middle-class animated series ever'.
Anyone else have series, movies, games or anything else that seems to only be remembered by a small group, even if only fits and snatches?

Your sig pic reminded me.
The Tribe Season 1 got a DVD release in the US. From Shout Factory and bombed. Betting I am one of the few that has it on the shelf next to the Region 2 Season sets I imported in 2006.

I ordered the UK sets from not Diabolik the other big import DVD online store in the 2000s.... Crap.

Has anyone else seen "Minikillers"?
Late-60's short film that was made not for the theater or television, but to be released to the home film projector crowd. Sold in four 10 minute chapters. Had sound and music but no dialogue. German production company behind it, filmed in Spain.
And starring Diana Rigg.
She was the talk of TV as Emma Peel in "The Avengers", and just started as The Late Mrs. James Bond in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service"... and she had the audacity, the gall, to ask for a raise in pay from the producers of "The Avengers". They refused, she quit and left the country.
There's a rule that said you have to be working in Spain in order to live there, and this was the first role that presented itself.
For years there were just rumors of its existence, then copies were found but without sound. Apparently one with sound as found in the affects of one of the camera crew some time in the 2000s (or so I read).
It's available for viewing on YouTube, it's an interesting and fun little story, worth checking out. There's two additional short stories with Rigg in the series.
