I realize literally every single time Google changes anything it's always a downgrade, but this new thing where it continually shuffles around what URL comes up first seemingly at complete freaking random I think is my breaking point with just uninstalling it and using Firefox instead from now on. There are a handful of sites I go to over and over for assorted reasons so just having, "Oh, no, actually, this time when you hit the letter it defaults to this site you've gone to once in the past week," as a thing is just completely screwing with my muscle memory and making even just basic casual use an utter nightmare where I'm constantly opening up things I have no actual interest in looking at. Then there's how sometimes it just decides, "Oh no, actually for this site the https part - which we go out of our way to avoid ever showing you for some idiot reason - counts as part of the URL now so when you hit H it defaults to wanting you to go to Reddit." It's kind of a trivial complaint but it's rapidly gotten completely infuriating.

There's still the problem of Firefox not supporting many full-page translations like Japanese that's keeping me from making a permanent switch.
I thought Brave was okay when I watched YouTube videos with the browser, since it was ad-free, but like Firefox, it can't support as many language translations like Chrome.
Such a frustrating situation for me right now with the whole Manifest V3 bullshit coming in June.
