The clues were there but they were so subtle that I didn't even notice them until watching it back a second time. Even then, I didn't know if they were actually clues or just correlation that was completely accidental. Pro wrestling is not generally well known for its subtle foreshadowing.

I think it's pretty obvious that it wasn't planned long term. Bischoff basically took the spot that Ted Diabase was supposed to have.
I don't mind it though because he turned out to be really good in the role and although Diabase bring the benefactor of the NWO was interesting they may have ran the risk of it turning into just another Million Dollar Corporation stable although I doubt that would have happened.

The reveal was fine but I honestly think that was the start of the decline of the group.
Suddenly, Eric is doing the talking. Hell, he comes out for segments of his own. His ego just took over and it just d emphasized so many people in the group.

It was stupid. It immediately made them look less cool and gave them too much kayfabe power over WCW.
