I just re-watched this, because i remember seeing it and laughing at Gargano looking pissed and taking a shit at Tonga Los BUT It was actually Tama Tonga he dove onto, not Tonga Loa. |

Hot take - I think history has vindicated Rikishi.
Solo just hasn't got it in order to be an effective top level heel at this level, and especially not as the leader of the top heel stable in the WWE. Nothing that he has shown either in ring or on the mic has shown this to be the case. For the former, dude is okay in ring, but he's not exactly a dude who has you gripped when it's time to wrestle, and for the latter, he's okay but nothing more than that and I'm not hanging on his every word. The dude also has a serious lack of presence, and it's even worse when he is next to Jacob Fatu, who is everything they want Solo to be.
His old man made the right call.
