"No movie featuring either Harry Dean Stanton or M. Emmet Walsh in a supporting role can be altogether bad." ~ Roger Ebert
He put that theory to the test quite a few times over the years, but I always enjoyed seeing Mr. Walsh appear in a film.

I swear he was another one of those guys who I swear was in his sixties for 40 years. I first remember him in Harry and the Hendersons which was my favorite movie when I was a kid. What a great career. RIP.

Always a solid performer, even if the show he was in didn't deserve it.
Rest in peace, sir.

Dude looked 88 for much of his career lol. He was entertaining in everything I saw him in, RIP. He was one of those actors who got a genuine "Wow, I thought he died years ago" from me whenever he showed up. Not in an "OMG Kevin Nash? WTF I thought he was dead!" way, more a "He's still kicking around? Good for him!" Great character actor, he was always a welcome addition to anything.

One of my favorite episodes of Tales from the Crypt is the one where he retires and becomes obsessed with Taxidermy of every living thing in sight.

Dude looked 88 for much of his career lol. He was entertaining in everything I saw him in, RIP. I soooo wanted to make a post along the lines of that. Because he was only 46 when blade runner was filmed and only 7 years older than Harrison Ford. But holy shit he looked at least 25 to 30 years older than him. R.I.P
