Hopefully it tastes better than the stuff at Galaxy's Edge. Though serving a kind of milk-based beverage in SoCal/Florida heat is a bad idea from the getgo.

Honestly, if it tastes like melted Blue Moon ice cream, I'm all for it. I adore Blue Moon but it's a pain in the ass to find outside of the Midwest.

Sometimes it feels like I was the only kid to grow up drinking water, milk and sugar free kool aid.
Never had Ecto Cooler. Only time I got a soda was the rare times we ate at Burger King or Wendys.

Honestly, I really like Ecto Cooler, but the wildest thing about it is that it's actually shockingly simple, yet no one seems to consistently make anything similar. All it is, basically, is tangerine-flavored juice, but colored green. Not orange, but specifically tangerine.

It still existed for a while under a non-Ecto Cooler name for a while called "Shouting Orange Tangegreen" but that has been discontinued I believe. Ecto-Cooler also wasn't soda it was a fruit juice box.

My wife and I got some of that, but it was the non-alcoholic ones. I’m guessing adding rum might have helped the flavor, but it would have needed to help A TON in order to make that palatable.

Glass of milk with dinner. Hell I never had a capri sun until maybe 14 years ago. Grabbed a box of them to put in the fridge out on the big pier. Thinking when I was oout there reading I would have 1. Grab one and that thing is two swallows.

Does Blue Milk as it relates to Star Wars originate from an online forum or was there a connection earlier? I remember about 25 years ago one of the major Star Wars forums had a sub-forum called Blue Milk and was about finding connections to Star Wars in everyday life. It might still exist, but I probably haven’t been to that forum in like 20 years lol.

Huh? Luke drank blue milk in ANH. Lol, I guess it’s been way too long since I’ve seen it Yeah, it isn't dwelled on very much, so it makes sense you'd forget, but Luke does briefly drink blue milk in A New Hope. It was apparently very gross, since I think Hamill said it was basically room temperature and sickly-sweet. By contrast, the green milk in Last Jedi was refrigerated and just coconut water colored green in post-production, which sounds hugely unnecessary, but did taste much better to Mark.

Shrekto Cooler was right there as a marketing opportunity, and they did nothing.
