Most immediate instinct is Big Show, because right off the top of my head I can think of the Showstopper, the WMD, the Cobra Clutch Backbreaker, an actual Cobra Clutch, the Colossal Clutch, the Final Cut, the Alley Oop, and that brief period when he was using the Spear and I'm pretty sure that's not all of them, but I'm sure there are people with more.
Jericho's also way up there between the Liontamer, the Walls, the Lionsault, the Breakdown, the Codebreaker, the Judas Effect, and that Shining Wizard he used for a bit and I'm positive I'm forgetting some.

Kenta Kobashi used a lariat, a brainbuster, a moonsault, the Orange Crush (suplex into a stout poeerbomb), the Purple Crush (suplex into a cutter), the Diamondhead (powerbomb into a DDT that was such a clusterf*** he only did it once), and the Burning Hammer (which he also had a standing wrist-clutch version of)

Seth has got through them in WWE before going back to the stomp.
Skywalker (standing Sliced Bread) Curbstomp Springboard High Knee Curbstomp Snap Falling DDT (for like two weeks, Juice Robinson now uses it) SKO (one night against Orton but he won with it) Pedigree King's Landing ripcord knee Curbstomp

Did Edge go through a phase of a bunch of finishers? Always came back to the spear but the list includes: Downward Spiral Edge o Matic (got pins with it at Survivor Series 2000 and randomly Orton in 2010) Impaler/Buzzkiller/Edgecution/Concussion on Delivery Edgecator (2002, mostly) Sharpshooter (tapped Kofi out with it in 2009) Avalanche Edgecution (Judgment Day 2009) Standing arm triangle (2020) Crossface with the chair leg in the mouth (2021-onwards)

Edge was the first one that came to mind for me back when he was inserting his name into every move.

Test is something of a contender himself considering he didn't have 15+ years of this like a lot of wrestlers had. He had the Big Boot, the gutwrench powerbomb, the pumphandle slam, the diving elbow, the Test Drive, I think he finished at least some matches with his full nelson slam, and probably something else I am forgetting.

Bob Holly. - Diving Spalsh/Knee Drop/Body Press as "Spark Plug". - Rings of Saturn, Diving Legdrop and Pumphandle Powerslam as he was inbetween NME and Hardcore Holly. - Falcon Arrow, Full Nelson and Alabama Slam as Hardcore Holly. - An ocassional dropkick throughout his career.

Roddy Piper. They said it themselves on the WWF trading cards...he would use "anything that comes to mind". ;-)

The Steiner Brothers, as a team: They had the Doomsday Bulldog, the Doomsday DDT, Scott doing the Frankensteiner, Scott doing the Steiner Screwdriver. Did Rick's Belly to Belly still finish matches for the team too? As for Rick himself...said Belly to Belly, then he also used the Sugar Hold for submissions at times when in the Varsity Club, single top rope bulldog, Death Valley Driver...
While we are mentioning tag teams...the MIDNIGHT F'N EXPRESS. Particularly the Stan Lane version, of course. Rocket Launcher most infamously, as well as the Veg-O-Matic (assisted legdrop), the Flapjack (double faceplant), the Double Goozle (proto Total Elimination), occasionally Bobby would use the Divorce Court (a DDT only it snaps the arm back)...I'm sure I'm forgetting others.
I think Eaton and Condrey fluctuated between finishers too, both double and single ones. (Condrey used something that looked like Jeff Jarrett's Stroke sometimes)
Hurricane/Shane Helms: the Vertebreaker, the Eye of the Hurricane, the chokeslam (I THINK he got it to work sometimes), the Shining Wizard (jokingly called by Shining Wizard Magazine by me)...didn't he use the Buff Blockbuster and call it the Overcast or something?
The Mountie: The "Carotid Control Technique" (nerve pinch), the second move called the CCT (it starts as a chokeslam type move, then ends with a nerve pinch as he pins his opponent), piledriver, think he used a dropkick too...
IRS/Mike Rotunda/etc.: Airplane spin, butterfly suplex, Samoan drop (aka the Stock Market Crash or Write-Off Mk. 1), flying clothesline off the ropes (Write-Off #2), the "Penalty" (STF)...
Brain Busters: sometimes would finish with Tully or Arn's individual finishers (slingshot suplex, spinebuster, gourdbuster); Double Gourdbuster; Spike Piledriver...
One Man Gang/Akeem: 747 splash, Master Blaster 1 (OMG piggybacks victim from the second rope and drives him face first into the mat), Master Blaster 2 (basically, the gourdbuster)
Andre the Giant: Big Boot, butt drop, butterfly suplex, elbow drop...
Barry Windham: Bulldog, lariat, superplex, Implant DDT (looks like the impaler), Implant DDT (just looks like a low gourdbuster), iron claw...
Kevin Nash as anyone: Emerald City Twister (helicopter powerbomb), sidewalk slam, Snake Eyes, knockout punch, Jackknife powerbomb, used a second rope clothesline on bigger opponents IIRC...shoulder tackle as Master Blaster...
Johnny B. Badd/Marc Mero: the Kiss That Don't Miss/Tutti Frutti knockout left hook, the Badd Day (this was the his top rope frankensteiner, IIRC), the Badd Mood (slingshot legdrop I think?), the top rope sunset flip, the Wild Thing/Marvelocity (shooting star press), I forget his other Wildman finishers unless he recycled his Badd ones, the TKO...
Brian Pillman: Air Pillman (slingshot clothesline), top rope bodypress, knee clip, tornado DDT, reverse neckbreaker...
Steve Austin: Stun Gun, That's A Wrap, Hollywood and Vine (these two were submission leg holds), Million Dollar Dream...did I leave any better known finishers out? ;-) ;-)
Bam Bam Bigelow: Nuclear (top rope big) Splash, flying headbutt, slingshot splash, Lunasault, Greetings From Asbury Park, I think he used some kind of bulldog type move at times too...
Vader: Powerbomb, big splash, Vadersault, Vader Bomb (2nd rope pump splash), Face Eraser/reverse powerbomb...
Chris Benoit : Crippler Crossface, flying headbutt, German Suplex, Dragon Suplex, top rope powerbomb, didn't he use the tombstone too, or was that a set-up move?

Yes, he did, both to the blockbuster being a sometimes finisher for him and yes he did hit the chokeslam successfully for the win sometimes, usually on other cruiserweights. I think he won with the superkick at least once, albeit I think in WCW in his Sugar Shane Helms days, though I am not positive. I think he DID win with a diving crossbody in the Hurricane gimmick at least once, though, but yeah, if so, it wasn't often.

Rick Steiner also had that arm submission he started using during his singles heel run.
And I'm not super familiar with Benoit's time in Japan, but I think the Tombstone was somewhere in his Pegasus Kid/Wild Pegasus moveset. I remember reading that he won some big match or other with a top rope tombstone too.

The New Age Outlaws...individual moves (Pumphandle, Fameasser), didn't they spike piledriver people too? Then...using opponent appropriate foreign objects. Hitting people with the belts too.
Mikey Whipwreck: Whippersnapper/stunner, Frankenmikey, and before that, the different ways his opponents got disqualified;-)

Bryan Danielson's gotta be up there, right? Cattle Mutilation, LeBell Lock, Busaiku Knee, Triangle Choke, Heel Hook, Crucifix Elbows, Guillotine Choke (briefly in WWE), and I think he used a roundhouse kick as a finish once or twice in NXT.

This is what I love about Gunther. No set finish but any of powerbomb, splash, lariat, Boston crab and even a chop can win.
Paul Burchill has to be up there especially for his short run. High angle fujiwara armbar C4/Walk the Plank Curb Stomp Crossrhodes Brainbuster

It was his rear finisher in the AKI games, and he did win some matches with it, though for obvious reasons it didn't stick.
