Has there ever been a Corsican Brothers-type gimmick, where one brother can feel the other's pain? I could see some indie who does goofier stuff like DDT doing something like it.

I thought this was going to be answered by the Corsicans, a kayfabe brother team that worked throughout the south and heavily in Tennessee in the ‘50s and ‘60s, but from what I can tell, their gimmick was just that they were French.
