I don't like the "The" in front of Batman. It sounds better without it. Some names sound better with the "The": The Hulk, The Thing, The Shadow. Some sound fine with or without it; "The Flash" and "Flash" both sound cool. But, Batman doesn't need the "The."

"The Batman" makes him seem more mysterious to me. As if they aren't sure if he's actually a man or a giant bat creature people are seeing. "Batman" seems more familiar.
