Jack Perry hits like a truck. I saw TK's chest cave in at the moment of impact.

Amazing stuff so many ways this can go. Tony’s Dad coming out out the Cherry on top for me. Hopefully he sides with The Bucks because his son is embarrassing and is blowing all his money lol.
Omega coming back next week will be interesting to see where it goes. I’m thinking he tries to take control but gets beaten up. Hangman’s role in this is also interesting when he comes back (who knows could be next week as well).
Hope all the Fulham players wear black armbands this weekend for their fallen boss.

Worked fine, made sense. It does feel a little like...they knew they needed a dramatic moment and put together Dramatic Moment Ingredients? I have a hard time articulating what I'm feeling here any better than that. I think a lot of it is that the Elite's targets so far have largely not been particularly sympathetic guys. Tony Khan has always been mr nice man on screen but he's still a billionaire son, so he's not really somebody that's going to make the fans boo you to death for getting beaten up. I love PAC but he's by his own purposeful way not sympathetic. I'm one of the few here that like FTR, but again they aren't sympathetic. Like I think it'll work better with Kenny next week because he's a sympathetic guy that everyone loves, similar to the Bucks attack on Sting/Sting sons/Darby. Also sort of with Eddie, but that didn't really last very long.

Jack Perry hits like a truck. I saw TK's chest cave in at the moment of impact. It's the patented Bruce Lee One Inch Punch. Perry watched Enter the Dragon, like, 62 times in preparation for this moment.

True leadership.
I thought that segment was fantastic. It might not be a good idea in the long run depending on how it goes, but as an independent thing, I loved it. Had the biggest smile on my face.

SRS apparently claimed there isn't a plan to give Ospreay a title shot/win at All In despite what most are assuming, what if instead, they are planning some "winner controls the company" match, and at All In it's:
The Elite (Okada, TYBs, Perry, and maybe one more) vs Team AEW (Ospreay, Danielson, FTR, Omega) throw in Moxley if Omega is still unwell or a reformed E&C if Cash is spending the summer making license plates.

evidently according to fightful Tony was back there selling the injuries the entire time after the show
we’re totally getting him wheeled around in an iron lung on nfl films and the elite making a pick day 3

I think the shock value of it carried more then feeling sympathy as a whole for Tony Like it did get them heat but the shock that they attacked their boss and laid him out when we thought Khan would never take a bump let alone the KHAN DRIVER I think sold the moment more then the moment being tragic or something They wanted surprise and intrigue, they'll be looked as as more detestable, and keep in mind Kenny's there next week and I have a bad feeling they might target him too so... there will still be plenty of detestable heat to fan from this.

Please find a way for the analysts to bring this shit up man it will make my entire night to have them try and explain to likely 10 plus million viewers across multiple platforms that Tony Khan got beat up by The Elite in AEW, in the Jags own football stadium lmfao

I loved the segment. I howled with laughter and it was a lot of fun.
Where they go with it will be interesting. I don't want TK becoming a character and I don't think this means he has to be. I love TK but he shouldn't be on tv all the time, especially for kayfabe stuff. He needs a good surrogate to represent him in this feud.

I like Tony a lot but I don't need to see him on TV. He's as bad at bumping as Vince but Vince had charisma in spades. As a one-off it's fine and served a purpose. Presumably Kenny will be the one to avenge it.

Punk took a step toward TK and TK "feared for his life." There's no reason why Jack and the Young Bucks shouldn't be fired right now. Given the past, that angle was silly.
