That said, I'll believe this when I see it.

I don't remember there being a lot to wrap up. Potentially they could age people up, but was there more to be told? Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the show, I just don't know if more is necessarily a great thing. As much as I would have loved more Avatar: The Last Airbender, that story was complete. There was no need for more of that particular story.

I think saying they're "in talks" sort of feel exaggerated.
The quote more comes off to me like "Hirsh has done stuff for us, we've thrown the idea out there to revive the show but nothing much has come and maybe it will?". Especially since it doesn't seem like Alex Hirsh is exactly in a rush to go back to it after the pretty definitive ending, even with the tease.
Like, this isn't Craig McCracken pitching 14 different projects to Cartoon Network and the only thing that stuck was a Powerpuff Girls revival or anything, it's a bit more like asking your mate to reunite a band and him not exactly being in a rush to answer.

I'm kind of good on having more of it. The show was very good but it wrapped most everything up and most of the worst episodes are at the very end so it kind of felt like if it had gone on another season it would've been a much weaker product.

Nope. It's over. Wrapped up. No más. I didn't pick up the complete series Blu-Ray from Shout! for nothin' (literally. That was expensive BEFORE the scalping!) and I already have to survive without a physical copy of "Call Me Mabel". DO NOT WANT.
To be serious... er, I'd really rather they didn't. Gravity Falls wrapped up about as well as a show could. A revival wouldn't ruin that necessarily, I'm just not at all jazzed for it. Adapt Lost Legends if you're feeling saucy.
