Punk/Drew, he's the 3rd wheel. Judgement Day/Liv, he's not even in most of those segments.
He's the World Champion and not once been the most important person in the multiple storylines he's been involved in. I think most can argue, Liv is the more interesting World Champion on RAW right now.

idk he seems pretty important to me and he's all over Raw. he's the leader of the faction that has run the show for ages now. sure rhea is injured and she was the 1a to priest's 1b but i don't think he's a third wheel at all.
