What happened to the Gunther Orton rematch?

In a post-match interview with Triple H, Triple H acknowledged there was controversy with the finish in Orton having his shoulders up during the three count. It was hinted that Orton and Gunther would square off again with the SummerSlam title match on the line.  I have not been following WWE TV each week, so did I miss something? I haven't heard anything since. 

Has this story been scrapped, put on hold, or what?

I think it was more said as damage control for the botched finish. He definitely didn’t say the title shot would be on the line though, unless I’m not remembering correctly. He said something like the refs decision is final and it can’t be taken away from Gunther.
