Mercedes doing power moves looks... interesting. It is something that has always been her weakness instead of just sticking to what she does great she wants to completely step out that box too much and it completely uglies her matches. |

This feud compared to the other women's feuds on this card, stands out to me. I'm kind of tired of women's wrestling just being mean girlies being mean to each other, and I've been tired of it since like before AEW even existed (how much of late Vince WWE women's division booking was just "wow mean girlies cool!! they get to win everything forever"), and this Britt/Mone feud feels so mean girlie vs. mean girlie, where they both lob insults and they're both pretty heelish. While Kris/Willow and Toni/Mariah feel like they're doing things entirely differently and feel fresh and unique for women's wrestling storytelling. they're both still cool and all but its a lot of talking about why they're both the best when the rest of the women are showing why they are the best, with the character work and in ring stuff this feud also desperately needs another person in britt's corner so they don't telegraph the assistance It’s just two women who have no past history together arguing over who is the “Face of the division.” Compare that to Mariah and Toni and Willow and Kris and it falls short. |

To begin with I thought Storm/May was in a bad position on the card but I now think it was a great spot. The crowd were still hot and it carried on the vibe of the opener.
This match is in a bad spot. It's not as hot as Storm/May so it was never going to do as well but the crowd don't seem as hot either because of the MJF/Ospreay match taking it out of them a bit.
