I hope Revpro are becoming a proper part of the aew, njpw, cmll square or they'll be losing their main USP of a rare chance to see international stars. Although I suppose njpw already do stand alone shows. Aew sending someone notable to each of their bigger shows like the recent MJF match would be cool. That was my thinking... Forbidden Door London is basically every Rev Pro show 😂

Other than Willow/Ishii VS Statlander/Hathaway, have their announced the matches for the Zero Hour.
If not, I think that Hook VS Jericho and the Gauntlet goes there.
I do believe that we will hear rumblings of Wrestlers being unhappy because of their matches being cut for time.

I do believe that we will hear rumblings of Wrestlers being unhappy because of their matches being cut for time. It will be a tight squeeze but it's 9 match main card currently and last year was 9 matches too. Last year the match lengths were 29min, 22min, 22min, 21min, 16min, 15min, 15min, 11min 9mins. I think you could pair those times up to this years matches and it be fine.

I know the full card isn't entirely set yet, but some preliminary predictions:
Willow/Ishii beat Stat/Stokely, but it'll build to another Willow/Stat singles match at All Out. Question is, will that match be the blowoff? I'd like to see Statlander win in Chicago, but if it's the blowoff then Willow, obviously, is most likely to come out on top, given she's the face and a titleholder.
Trios match, eh, I think there's more left to the Patriarchy holding onto the belts for now, and Christian can do a masterful job of playing so many other wrestlers against one another and weasel his way into retaining. Curious who the final team will be, think House of Black may spin off into something new story-wise after this.
Bucks likely retain. I know people don't like how little they've defended them, but the strong outcome here is building a newer, younger team to unseat them, I think, and I'd honestly rather see the Acclaimed and FTR have a feud that doesn't involve the belts.
Hangman has to be the favorite in the gauntlet match, but his current story of his rage and hatred making him lose sight of details and getting sloppy means something unforeseen could derail him. Still, the money remains in furthering Swerve vs. Hangman. Ricochet likely debuts, here, though I wonder who else might arrive or return.
Ospreay should likely beat MJF; Max revealing his insecurity this past Dynamite opens up a new wrinkle to this story, and a clean loss to Ospreay could really send him down some interesting roads as a character. Ospreay, meantime, gets the big win on home soil, people likely start counting down to whether he returns to the UK with the world title in 2025 or not.
Perry wins the Coffin match. No clue what to make of the buzz that Darby's at least in consideration to be World champion soon, but there's too much left to do with the Scapegoat character, it came back hot and then seemed to stall for a few weeks, let's pick the ball back up and let Perry really run with it.
Mercedes probably retains against Britt, I figure; too early in her reign to cut it short now, and Britt's only been back for a little bit, now.
Ok, I've said all title retentions up to this point, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say Mariah beats Toni. I think this has the most "could go either way" feeling of any match on the card, for me at least, and it's probably had the best build of any match, too, but it's hard to see who they could build to dethrone Toni at this stage who'd get the same kind of careful booking Mariah's gotten to this point. Really looking forward to it.
Similarly, Danielson over Swerve, but I think Hangman almost has to get involved in some way, shape, or form to ensure it happens, as Swerve's past sins come back to haunt him. Danielson gets the feel good moment and doesn't have to retire, but the loss needs to be in a way that protects Swerve given that, y'know, he's the guy who'll be around full time after this match no matter what.

Music man Mikey Rukus is on a vague-tweeting spree on X, makes me wonder if we could have multiple debutants at Wembley.

How do you find the damn barcodes on the crappy ticketmaster app?
Can see tickets but details doesn't have them. Go to orders and it's basically a Web page directing me tk Google play and the link does nothing..

Looks like Shibata will be either in the Casino Gauntlet or on Zero Hour, since he is in London.
I'd love it if TK has spent a bit of money to get a top British actor to do an epic cold open for the show. Someone like Brian Cox narrating what makes AEW special would induce the goosebumps.

Oh, I know, but I don't think it necessarily gives away the ending; business metrics can dictate a lot of things, and if they feel there's still more to be had from Toni being champion I'm sure they'd do it. But it's why I lean toward Mariah winning, narratively it feels like it makes the most sense.

Any suggestions for a good late night burger joint to go to after the show?
My daughter was slightly traumatised by the journey back to our hotel last time in between the traffic light system just to get back to the station, the massive crowds and the jam-packed carriages so plan on getting an Uber after the show but also don’t want to get screwed over too badly by the prices and we’d need to eat something anyway so figured we’d walk for a mile or so after the show and by the time it takes to get there and grab something to eat should hopefully have calmed down a bit
Obviously can just google map it after but if any recommendations they’d be more than welcome
