Saraya yelling about "they/thems" is certainly a choice. Nip that in the bud straight away TK, if you didn't sign off on it. Her shithead boyfriend is rubbing off on her.

Maybe it's me but it feels a lot more like Jack is overcompensating more than the character feeling that way. In fairness he was physically attacked, embarrassed, and lost about 6 months of his career because of a malignant narcissist who can dish it out but can't take it. I feel like that would f*** with anybody. Oh I get that. Doesn't mean it good to watch on TV as a fan but I get why that would be wild for you.

Well that didnt take long
We just had a great show and all he's bothered about is contacting council/government officials, this is absolutely pathetic.

I mean if you look in the comments of AEW's posts you'll still see trolls trying to say shit like GYV didn't get a reaction and other meaningless shit, they have sad, pathetic lives.

Watched a few hours late, man, the high points on this one were crazy high.
Main thing I’d have changed: I’d have swapped the women’s title matches’ card slots. Toni/Mariah was the feud with more heat and would’ve had a chance with the crowd after Ospreay/MJF; Britt/Mercedes really wasn’t bad at all, but it didn’t have the same juice and the crowd probably needed a metaphorical smoke break after Ospreay’s win. Decent match that would’ve hit better earlier in the show, instead stuck feeling flat after a heat-fueled banger.
Felt like Perry/Darby might’ve gotten slightly cut for time, but I liked that Jack looked dominant, it’s time to kick his current run up a notch and this can hopefully be the launchpad for that.
Most importantly of all, though: NIGEL! $&!@ing IN THE BUSHES!

I don't make the rules I don't know; if the other edits weren't there I feel like it'd rule more. The person writing that stuff in overplayed their hand, they have gold in Honk and instead they distracted from it!

An incredibly successful All In PPV by AEW and Tony Khan.
Watched the event for 4 other people who don’t normally watch AEW and they thought the whole night was fantastic.
I don’t think Danielson will be losing AEW World Title anytime soon. I know most people think this will be a short run with the title but I think it may last until early spring of 2025.
Swerve was a massive success as world champ. Congrats to him and everyone who gave him his platform to run with the ball.

I can't beleive they didn't have a big screen above the ring for the biggest section of the crowd. The one at the far end had stupid lights underneath so wasn't watchable. Luckily I was on a corner, the lightining post only cut off one corner and I could see the side screen for anything there (thankfully they fixed the light which was stuck on for the first couple of matches). I'd have been f***ing fuming if I had floor seats and had to face away from the ring to see the screen behind.
Actually I was fuming anyway because Ticketmaster are shit. First no QR code so go pick up paper tickets. Then paper tickets don't work and am told to go back to the box office to get more replacements. Despite the parasites taking so much in fees they still only had a few windows open and a massive queue of people with similar issues. The line to get in was badly organised with one poor guy saving it being a complete mess as it snaked around, thankfully we managed to convince them to have us skip the line on the way back in and they worked but missed the start of the pre show.
Also I hate that Wembley have just given up on trying to get people to stop smoking.
The merch selection was crap again, they leave so much money on the table it's unbeleivable. Basically just event and Ospreay shirts, if they had a full range they'd make so much more.
Thankfully the show soon improved my mood because damn what shitshow the hours beforehand were.

Back home after my first live wrestling show ever, and I think it's set a pretty high bar for anything else I ever go and see.
Thoughts: Pre-show match 1: Private Party got a big pop in our section for their entrance; the Satnam / Lio Rush stand-off got a big laugh out of us; Dark Order were also over, Evil Uno especially (in spite of not actually being in the match). Match was a busy mess, but fun.
Pre-Show match 2: Lots of fun; very simple, straightforward idea for the match - the girls are evenly matched, but we all want to see Stokely get smashed by Ishii. Didn't disappoint. Statlander is very much my "that person is much bigger than they look on TV" of the night - girl is a proper unit.
Pre-Show match 3: A second multi-man, "get everyone on the card" match, and again a bit messy and busy, but Dustin and Shibata were both very over, and I've now seen Kevin Von Erich put the iron claw on someone, which is something I didn't think I'd ever get to see.
Tag Team Ladder Match: All four teams got big pops; all really over. Christian just "gets" pro wrestling and being a heel so well. Brody King really gets the crowd going any time he's on offense - I don't know whether they'll ever push him as a singles guy, but in a match like this, everyone really came alive and made a lot of noise for him. Pac getting his big Wembley moment was huge and got a big reaction from where we were sitting.
Maria / Toni: Hard-hitting, bloody, emotional. Proper good peak of a blood feud. Some excellent fun moments even among the intensity - Luther with the middle finger was great. Toni really had the crowd eating out of her hand as the face in peril, and there was a real collective "Oh, no!" when Maria got the win. Toni was cheered and clapped all the way out of the ring - she seems super-over with absolutely everyone.
Hook / Jericho: Really didn't think this was as bad as lots of people online seem to think it was. The live Fozzy interlude was inoffensive and brief. The match was a messy, plunder-based match - pelting Jericho with cricket balls was a funny spot. As far as we're concerned, Big Bill was the most over thing in the match - we, and a lot of people around us - were chanting for him whenever he was up to something. I think his eventual face turn and breakaway from Jericho will make him. Taz waddling up and interfering in the finish got a good pop and we were all happy with the result.
Bucks / FTR / Acclaimed: Wow - The Acclaimed are super-over. Everyone around us singing along; loads of "Oh, scissor me, Daddy!" chants. Match was exciting, fun stuff. Grizzled Young Veterans didn't get quite the pop I'd have thought they might, and I think that was less a case of some folks not recognising them and more quite a lot of people being away from their seats - lots of people made a quick getaway to go to the toilet / the bar as soon as the finish of the match happened (definitely some of the guys I was with would have really popped huge for GYV, but missed the moment).
Casino Gauntlet: The night really kicked up a gear at this point. Both Ricochet and Nigel got absolutely huge pops - people up and out of their seats, going ballistic. Christian's heel antics were really great again, and the ending made a lot of sense with the potential dissention and teasing a Luchasaurus face turn having been set up earlier in the evening. We were just stunned at the depth of talent in the roster - literally turning to each other and going, "...and these are just the guys they've got in the multi-man match, let alone the main events!"
Ospreay / MJF: Just like Christian, but at half his age, MJF is a fantastic heel who can get a whole stadium booing him intensely but with smiles on their faces the whole time. Crowd reaction for Ospreay was huge. Match was intense and really didn't disappoint at all. Even after the insane reactions for the Ricochet / Nigel moments earlier, the reaction to Ospreay winning was massive.
CEO / DMD: Like the Hook / Jericho match, this was not half as bad as people seem to have made out. It suffered from coming straight after we'd all shouted ourselves stupid over Ospreay, so I think a lull was inevitable, and the first half of this match felt flat because folks were on the comedown from that peak (and it was the last piss-break opportunity before the last two matches). They worked hard to get the crowd's attention, and from where we were sitting, the second big top-rope spot got people back paying attention, and the shenanigans leading to Kamille getting sent to the back got a good reaction. On a side note - inversely to my observation about Statlander being an absolute unit, I really can't take Kamille seriously as a "big, scary" heater. Both on TV and live in the arena, she just looks like a woman with slightly broader shoulders than Mercedes (which is hardly difficult), standing tall because she's got heels / lifts.
Perry / Darby: This one was my least favourite match of the main show. It felt really hurried. I wondered whether perhaps they were running over and had to cut it for time. They seemed to go to the "real glass" spot very quickly, then rush from spot to spot with the various stages of restraining Darby. That said, post-match, the Sting save got another thunderous pop. We were absolutely giggling like kids. Sting, man! Sting!
Bryan / Swerve: From the promo videos, to the entrances, to the match itself, to the post-match celebrations, they had us all eating out of their hands. This was amazing stuff, and I feel privileged to have seen it live. Masterful wrestling storytelling. Going to a live show for the first time, I had wondered how much I'd miss the commentary. This match demonstrated so well that good pro wrestling really doesn't need a TV commentary team to explain a narrative or engage you in the struggles of the protagonists. I'm even tearing up a bit writing about it now, a day later. Such intense feelings.
So, yeah, this was a pretty special show.

Where I was it wasn’t too bad, the bar for the lights did get in the way a bit but it was honestly better than the pre-show where the screen at the far end wasn’t even on and you did indeed have to turn back but yeah I was really confused why they didn’t put a big screen on that side either. Surely would have been a help for the ones in the stands Last year I was in the stands on the 1st level and ended up watching the screens for a good bit but not sure which I prefer Advantages and disadvantages to each

Agreed, with of the addition of knowing what times the public transport stops running and finish the show so that many fans aren't fretting about getting back home or to their hotels. 2200 is too tight a window. But that's my peeve.
