I don't know if this counts but in the credits of Step by Step, where that lame-o family is in the rollercoaster, they have the WORST superimposition of a beach next to the amusement park.

The worst is when they forget to superimpose the CGI image onto the green screen. Like, in those car scenes, look for the blatant green reflection on the side windows. Sure, there's a clip of a street through the back window, but those side windows are inexplicably just green.
THAT drives me bonkers.

I seem to remember SEINFELD using moving car shots a lot, and they didn't use green screens for them that often.

Really, I have to pose the question: whatever happened to Rear-Projection? You put the car on a soundstage, put a movie screen behind it, and project the footage of traffic onto it from, well, the rear. They used to use it all the time in movies back in the Golden Era of Hollywood, and I'm sure it's probably been used in more recent times as well. It's way more idiot-proof than green screen.
